Dead Bug Walking does amazing work, they are very thorough, indepth and teach you what to do and what to look for. The came out to check our house (got a clean bill of health thank gosh) but told us what to look out for and what to do if we suspected anything. I highly recommend them and would refer to any friends or family.

I called Dead Bug Walking for an estimate. They came to my house several days later and did a very though examination of my house . During the hour or monte examination they found evidence of bug infestation. They then gave me an estimation for extermination which was quite expensive: however they offered payment option and several other cheaper options which would might require more treatments; however I was pleased S they really worked with me. They showed up on time and did a very thorough job even helped clear additional item from my home so that could get the job job. Also discussed what steps I need to do to help remain bug free. I cannot describe how amazing this company is for your bedbug extermination!!!! Honest, actually cares, MORE than knowledgeable and will answer all your questions with that knowledge to back it! He was absolutely amazing to me and my kids and animals. I was a mess and he talked me thru everything (repeated himself multiple times without getting frustrated) step by step with compassion!! My Fiancé, Dan, and I called Zach at Deadbug Walkin explaining our 3-year battle with bedbugs, every time we thought they were gone, the reappeared. We were quoted $1250.00, and their payment plan was to pay 75% up front, not the best payment plan. So, we scrambled for the additional $1250.00 to help us rid of these bugs once and for all. Zach came out, searched our home and we set up a time for the heat treatment. We spent a week packing, cleaning, bagging, prepping our home as the left instructions on the contract, on top of balancing work and school. The day of the treatment I confirm our appointment and wait for treatment to begin. June 5th was the scheduled treatment day. We wait for Deadbug Walkin's arrival, there is no call, no show finally I call ask what is going on. I am told they will be at the home shortly; I leave the door open, proceed to my destination and just wait for the process to be done. Before it even beings I am hounded by Zach for the full $1250. before they start working. I stated clearly, I was more comfortable paying half now and half when the job was complete. We were informed that the process would not be started until they got paid so they do not get "taken for" I fully understand explain I am feeling the same way, this was not easy for me to pull an additional $1250.00." Realizing I am not going to win, I pay in full. 3 hours later my house is done. July 13th, I find the first live bug, I call Zach send a photo telling him I have squished, we bought new comforters and I am told, "We just need to come out and apply chemical to the new items' -Zach July 13, 6:02PM (SMS). Zach comes back to our home on July 14th to reinspect and we find bugs, he resprays, I run everything through the dryer, and we schedule an appointment for the final spray on August 21st. August 20th, I confirm the appointment with a text and receive a reply message about complications from his wife's surgery, can we reschedule? Trying to be understanding but getting to the point I am noticing I am the one confirming appointments and making reschedules, not the company. Frustrated I set the appointment after much confusion for Sept 4th, 2021 Today was supposed to be the final day of my preventative spray, I text Zach to confirm he is coming yet again, and I am met with "expect me between 11-12, Your total cost due is $300.00 once I arrive. "Woah what? I call VERY VERY VERY upset Zach said "What are you talking about? I'm not paying you $300.00 this was not a part of our contract!" I am told " Yes it was we talked about this." I asked Dan to retrieve the contract, liability waver copy, and text messages any correspondence I had with Dead bug and NOWHERE was I told about this charge." I felt my warranty was not honored and due to this companies lack-of time management on their part and poor communication. I high discourage using Zach at DeadBug, I feel we were taken advantage of in our situation, we were desperate and gave this company a chance based on all the raving reviews. I don’t know if the bed bugs are gone, all I know is if you are seeking a bedbug specialist not an exterminator, I would find a different company.

They were not as professional as I expected. Put our television out in the grass, left our living room in disarray. Denied responsibility when I saw bed bugs after the treatment. It would have helped if he had explained all preparation steps needed prior to treatment.
