We have to unlock our back gate to let people in our backyard as we have dogs and we need to have them put up to let anyone in the backyard. This means either my wife or I has to be home to let someone in the backyard. We don't get an approximate time as to when they will be out, which we understand. My wife is 65, has MS and is retired. I had to work in the office today so she waited today at home to let them in the backyard. When she is having a good day, she likes to get out of the house and see the grandkids, shop, or see her parents or sister. At least twice now they cancelled late in the day and my wife has been at home all day waiting. One time we never got the email, claims an email was sent but I never received it. I see this was an issue with a prior customer, and I believe them. Today was one of those days and at approximately 2:30 I received a text they would NOT be treating the lawn today. Felt like I was yelled at. And this was called an "inconvenience". When I stated perhaps I needed a new service I was told that was just fine. I gave them an opportunity to earn back our trust by perhaps discounting our next service but no response. So I cancelled today. And then I was told wishing you the best moving forward. Congratulations you have such a robust business and customer base you think nothing of customers cancelling you. I know I don't live in that environment. Rather lose a customer than make it right. That could be you next, get cancelled in the afternoon and not happy? Ok, leave. No effort to make it right. None. It is 2:30 in the afternoon and most people work until 5 and you cancel. Maybe even come by after 5. But that might inconvenience you and we are expected to sit around all day long again at some point in the future for your convenience. I am sure if I paid my bills late that would be a problem? Right? And more than just an "inconvenience".

Paula continues to impress. She know so much about the work. I have learned so much about Bermuda grass, it’s amazing. Our yard is just like so many others. We are fighting army worms. I believe that the last treatment will be effective and we are thankful for her hard work. They walked the property (over 2acres), spraying individual weeds. You won’t hire a harder working crew. Their work has delivered on my expectations and reduced my frustration. Unlike other companies I’ve worked with in the past, Project Golf Course goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued. Awesome people! My husband was stung several times after running over a very large yellow jacket nest. We called K Bar W Company around 7 PM that night. By 11:00 AM the next morning, they had handled our problem. Very affordable and thorough. I would definitely recommend them for pest control or yard work. 👍

Started as fair weed control program and asked ONCE to have yard treated for ants. Turns out they charged me for a continual pest control program that I did not ask for that cost $75/month, which was NOT explained or agreed on. Beware of extra charges and make sure you get everything listed in writing!

We used this company to come out and spray our yard one time. We did not request for them to come back out again. They came out on there own and came onto our property without permission. The lady said that they sent us an email letting us know she was coming out but we did not see the email and she did not call and make sure it was ok to spray our lawn. I told her that we were not going to pay because we did not want another spraying and she should had spoken to us to confirm the appt. I never received bill in the mail till just the other day and it was from a collection agency. So now my credit has been hit hard due to there incompetency. I would not refer this company to anyone unless you want to get screwed over!

My experience was bad...just bad. Three weeks and oversell, we finally reached agreement. I gave them a three star review, she cancelled my services. Unprofessional, unethical, shady. Go somewhere else!
