I had a very concerning experience with one of this company’s drivers today. While driving through a clearly marked school zone at the posted speed limit (8:15am south rock creek rd.), a vehicle displaying this company’s branding began following extremely closely behind me. When we reached a stop sign, the driver began yelling profanity at me for driving the speed limit in a school zone. The behavior was aggressive and completely unprofessional. After the school zone ended, I accelerated to about 5 mph over the speed limit, but the driver still continued aggressively tailgating me. At the next stop sign I turned left, and the driver continued straight, flipping me off and yelling additional profanity. It’s concerning to see someone behaving this way while operating a company-branded vehicle, especially in a school zone where safety should be the priority. I hope the company looks into this and reminds their employees that when they’re driving a company vehicle, they represent the business and should act accordingly.

These guys are the real deal. We have used them for several clients with termite inspections and exterminating. They are thorough and they go above and beyond. They don't guess, they investigate and back up their reports. Johnny is so helpful, explains well and doesn't talk down to me or to my clients. They are prompt and clean. They don't track dirt into the house and they know their stuff. I highly recommend them.

They use the minimal amount of spray. Supposedly sprays the whole home, and exterior in 10 minutes. For over a year I complained that we were still having bug issues and they weren't 100% resolved. This house is 4600 sqft plus 300' feet around. Seems awfully quick to spray and 1 gallon seems very low. Had them do a termite inspection on a house I am buying and they told me it was free. 2 weeks later they sent me an invoice for $70. It's not the money, it's that they lied and did a subpar job on my current house. I highly recommend finding someone else for your pest control

I have absolutely no complaints with Xtreme. I have been using them for several months for an infested house I bought and there are no pests of any kind in there now. It was bad. Ethan came by today to do the monthly spraying and he’s really a nice person. Very satisfied with this company.

Gave an inaccurate termite report… stated whole under house was damaged.. I HAVE PICS OF WHEN FLOOR AND DAMAGED AREAS WAS COMPLETELY TORE OUT AND REPLACED WITH TREATED WOOD!!! Also pics of after the inspection showing a fraction of the damage…

I have used xtreme for over 4 years. They have been nothing but professional and I have had no bugs the entire time. No bug spray smell. No need to cover or wash things after. The staff is so easy to work with. Love these guys.

Brandon are tech was excellent!! He had a great understanding of what he was doing and how it would affect us and our future plans! Also was able to work on equipment on the fly!! Great job!

Excellent Danny is the best

We have used their services since we moved into our home 4 years ago. They always take care of what we need depending o the season—ants in summer sometimes, etc.

Unfortunately, I can’t give this company a good review. The technician did not show up for my 1st appointment. I was told he had an emergency and they did not have someone who could run his route, that can happen. I was given a 2nd appointment, technician did not show up at scheduled time, called office and was told for some reason he was running his route for the wrong day and he would be out there shortly and he did arrive a little later..was given the next appointment by text message for July, 25th..I called the office and let them know I could not do that appointment, I’m in school and must have Thursday or Friday. I was given Friday August 5th at 2pm, technician did not show up..Just spoke with office today (phones were messed up Monday and no one answered) was told they had no idea I had an appointment and now want me to wait until the 19th. I feel I should not have to wait that long since no one showed up Friday..I know they are the only pest control company in town, but I will have to pay extra and get a different company that can show up.

We have been using Xtreme for over a year now for our pest control in the apartments. We are very satisfied and appreciative of of their efforts to keep our properties pest problems under control. They are very professional and work hard to make sure we are happy with their work.
