Creepy Crawlers Pest Control

We have a crawl space and they get under there. They spray all around our entire house inside and out. Absolutely wonderful. We've been using them for multiple years. I won't go anywhere else ever again

I’ve had chris come to my house to spray multiple times and he’s a great guy. He explains everything very well and is happy to answer any questions. Very knowledgeable about his service, reasonable prices, kind man, and quick at it. I would highly highly recommend Creepy Crawlers to anyone I know. I was never asked to sign a contract or felt pressured to buy another service. Good business. Good people.

My realtor recommended Creepy Crawlers to me when I moved to Tulsa. When I was told me that the company was female-owned, I was sold. Carrie came out to spray pesticide, and she was very polite, respectful, and cordial. She brought Chris along with her as part of his initial training. I was thrilled to witness their great service and looked forward to hiring them again when I needed them. I did have an ant problem and texted and called them to come back after 2 weeks, but they did not reply to either of my calls. I was initially hesitant to contact them again because of this, but when you're a postpartum mother who has been in the thick of newborn life, I didn't have the energy to find someone else. I scheduled it for 4 pm. That way, I could try and nap while both newborn and toddler napped before Creepy Crawlers could get there. I received a phone call from Chris at 1 pm, asking if he could come immediately to spray pesticide. I told him no because my children were napping and that the earliest he could come was 3 pm. When I woke up from my nap, I was surprised to hear my very new, very young nanny inform me that pest control came at 2:45 pm (original review stated 2:30 pm but have confirmed via text that Chris and owner are correct: it was 2:45 pm), and that he was waiting to spray the inside of the house. I quickly breastfed my newborn and asked her to wake up my toddler. After Chris had left, the nanny informed me that he came into my little girl's room to spray pesticide while she was sleeping without my permission. She told me that he asked her for permission, and she told him that my toddler was sleeping, to which he said, "It'll only take a few seconds," prior to entering her room. Although she protested, my nanny felt pressured and scared to stand up and say no to this older white male, who felt that it was no issue at all to do what he felt was his job. Not only did Chris disrespect my 3 pm boundary --coming to my house on his own schedule without any regard for mine-- but he also was alone in my girl's bedroom. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Even if it only took a few minutes to spray my daughter's bedroom, he should have asked for my consent. I don't care what the reasoning is, and I don't care if Chris has daughters of his own --especially after hearing him complain about how he would rather play Call of Duty than play with his "bossy" daughter. Bottom line is: A complete male stranger alone in my daughter's bedroom is NEVER OKAY IN MY HOUSEHOLD. Chris was incredibly inconsiderate and just completely unaware of the implications of his actions. I got the impression that he did not care about my schedule or my family boundaries; he only wanted to do things that suited him best and not his customer's. I expected better and more from a female-owned company who has a family of their own. I will not be hiring them again. In light of the owner's updated response, I too have updated this review to reflect my thoughts.

I have used Creepy Crawlers multiple times. Each time they have provided prompt and professional service at a reasonable cost. The quality of service is also noticeable with the reduction of pests.

We used them when we moved out to Kellyville and they did a great job helping eliminate all of our little "visitors" that you encounter when you live out in the middle of the country.

Chris has inspected four homes for me and his inspection spared me from A LOT of headache. I only trust him to do my inspections! Highly recommend!
