Do not use this company, I never leave reviews as I am a multiple business owner but they treated my property for ants which was an Airbnb. We kept receiving complaints from guests due to the ants when I called back they would not honor their 30 day window and retreat as the ants never went away! Then they sent me to court after I told them I wasn’t paying the full balance because the ants were never taken care of and we asked them to come back and they wouldn’t. They want to treat, bill and forget about it. I always pay my invoices when the job is completed.

So sorry you had a bad experience, Lacey. We do honor our 30 day warranty. Your initial treatment on 4/15, a reservice of 4/28, and then you called again AFTER your 30 day warranty was up. Now, we did have quite a bit of rain between all of these services, and within that 30 days, so I would have probably worked with you, however, you still hadn't paid your bill. We tried to contact you MANY times, and never got a call back. It wasn't until I called from my personal cell, a number you didn't recognize, that you even picked up the phone. You flat out told me you had no intention of paying, which is why we had to file in small claims. It's unfortunate for everyone. I'm sure you expect to be paid for services you provide your clients.
