I have nothing but great things- I HATE bugs...HATE. And thanks to Express Pest they are gone. The come every month, on time, and are always courteous, friendly and most importantly safe for everyone in the building. I will be calling them for my home as they have told me it's safe for animals as well!!

I was having a pretty bad spider issue and a few other issues with pesky critters. I live in an apartment so they’re supposed to maintain this issue regularly and seasonally they do show up to do their pest control sprays however, those little creepy crawlers get in Somehow. I explained my problem to Eric he came in, did exactly what he said he would do and also told me how to take care of the problem myself without calling a pest control service, which had me pretty impressed because that was taking money and business out of their pocket. Due to their authentic and genuine service he told me what I could buy to keep on hand at home if those little critters happen to show up again. I give this company an A1 props for great friendly reliable service… I know this company actually cares for the individual helping them save time money and not having to deal with the Apartment people… Maybe the Apartment people should hire Express Pest control for their services instead of who they have! I will always recommend the company to everybody or anybody who is having problems with critters! Well done guys! 🕷️

We’ve been using this pest control company for multiple years of regular maintenance, and at this point I’m convinced the bugs in our neighborhood just skip our house entirely. Express Pest was wonderful to work with, especially since I live out of state (New Mexico). I needed to take care of a family home in Oklahoma and had to find a service that was reliable, communicated and would get the job done right. Eric and Angie (owners) from Express fit the bill! Their technicians were extremely efficient, explained the treatment to the residents in the home and were always available to talk if I had questions. Trying to find a service out of state can sometimes be difficult but they were exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of pest service!

Horrible company to deal with. Multiple billing issues including double billing, collecting payment and still getting past due notices, blaming customers for their billing issues, even lying to defend their errors. I use a company from the city now and have zero issues. Stay away from Express Pest!

Way way too expensive! I found another company with great reviews that was less than half the price of Express

We had someone come out in May to treat for fleas. They did their thing and came back a week later to check we were all clear, and at that point we were. He said no follow up was needed and he could probably come back next year. Well the fleas came back a couple of weeks later. We call in June and arrange to have someone come out again and treat the home. They can't come out for over a week and the fleas just multiply and multiply. We are patient and this time we have researched and know we need to have multiple treatments. The guy comes out and does his thing, he says that the last guy did a poor job, but no offer of a refund or free follow up- he reassures us that we have him for 30 days and if we continue to see fleas, he'll come back out and spray again. We have continued to see fleas after the treatment, it's been 4 days and we are seeing more and more. We called to get him out again to treat the home and once again we have to wait a week to see anyone. The fleas will continue to multiply throughout the week and we'll be back at square one. It all feels pointless. They are understaffed, we can't get someone out when we need them, we have to sit and wait while these pests multiply around us. They promise you the world, that we have their services for the 30 days, but it's pointless if you can't get them to come out. For right now it's 1 star, if they follow through this time, I'll give a better rating.

First issue - We were told we could do split payments and felt they were doing us a favor. They ended up taking the full $850 and refused to come out one week because they “canceled” the payment. Yeah whatever. We got over it. We were also told that they would take care of the problem and come out as many times necessary until the problem was resolved. Well we still have roaches! After every week of coming we were told this would be the last time blah blah blah. (They came out 3 weeks and each time basically put roach bait out.) I would also tell them every week that the problem was still very much so there and I was still seeing the little boogers. We told them we were concerned because we knew our neighbors were also terribly infested and they weren’t doing anything about it. Now we are back to the same problem we had when we first moved in and $850 poorer. They never came on time and like I said they didn’t solve the problem. I’m extremely disappointed and do not recommend using this company. They tried their hardest to “reassure” us so we were confident in them and put our trust in them. Sad thing is that our house wasn’t even bad with them. It was just the kitchen at that point. Then they come in and they scattered to every other room. We paid more than what we could afford to get rid of the problem. What a waste of time and money. Use your better judgment and choose someone else.

They added more money to the bill after quoting a lower price over the phone . I never would have agreed to the ridiculous charge . If you get a quote from them GET IT IN WRITING before they show up.
