I am not satisfied with the service; it was too rushed, and they did not get up on the roof to work as they had promised. They merely ran a long broom along the edges of the house and did not water the lawn. I do not wish to receive your services anymore; I have just paid the $99 invoice, but I am dissatisfied, and I do not want you to contact me again.

Kindness and knowledge are a good mix and I want to commend KYLAR GOINS. When she knocked on our door to announce what she would be doing. Her patience with my yacky/whackey conversation and her clear answers to a couple questions. Maybe Pest Badger is a great service, but I would never know. My sister-in-law referred me, and she did get great service. When I finally signed up from her referral, it took almost a week for someone to get a hold of me, which in itself, is not a problem. Someone did call though, and we setup service. However, after that, it went downhill. I had other people call me wanting to setup service... ok, someone already did that, why are you still trying to get my business? You already got it. The day came by for service, and NO one came by, no notification that it would be skipped (weather was fine that day too). Ended up being my appointment was just silently changed to two weeks later. I had no idea. No communication, confusing, no clue when anyone was to come out. Glad I double checked though (to ensure someone wasn't trying to bill me), so i just canceled it. That part was easy though, no questions trying to convince me to stay, just a less-than-5-minute call. For me, this was a bad experience, but I realize that the overall rating, at the time of this review, is 4.8, so, clearly, people like the service. I probably had a "series of unfortunate events" and it frustrated me. You will likely not have this issue.

Violates federal ordinances for no soliciting. They employees are annoying and obnoxious on their hover scooters, harassing residents for days on end.

I appreciate your feedback. We have dozens of customers in that neighborhood. Great neighborhood by the way. Everyone is super nice. We never talk to someone after they tell us no and take respect very seriously. We follow all local regulations and are allowed to solicit in Tulsa which is why the police told us we could keep helping out the neighborhood and that we weren’t doing anything wrong.<br><br>Please call or text me directly if have any further concerns. Terrible service. I was told it was pet friendly, and they'd only come out every other month. They came out two months in a row, then when I complained, they skipped a month, then they came out two weeks in a row. Now they're spraying and saying to keep pets off the grass for 24 hours. I've tried getting in touch with someone in charge and am only being told I'll receive a call back. I haven't heard anything from anyone. Terrible service all around.

We signed up for several services from a sales guy coming by our house. After several resprays, we still have spiders in house and visible wasp nests on the outside. Trying to cancel service (I thought they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy), I found out there was a $279 fee. I cannot and will not recommend this service and will do my best to let our neighborhood know to not let this shady operation into their monthly life. Even had mosquito service that didn’t work.

They charged my account twice in 35 days even though is was supposed to be a every other month. We still had spiders in the house and my husband had to clear out a wasp nest himself and was stung by a wasp. They charge way too much for a service that doesn't work and then charge a $279 cancellation fee! I don't recommend them

Dont go door to door on a holiday (Memorial Day). I understand trying to make sales & gain customers, I've worked in sales almost my entire life, but door knocking on a holiday is a good way to turn people off of your business.

They charge cards without authorization! They make visits to the house without authorization! My husband has sent them emails saying that he does not want their service and they continue to insist, the first time they charged more than what the seller said and that is why we cancelled it, we asked for the excess to be returned to us and to this day they have not done so! Do not waste your time or money here
