Had a mouse problem around the house and called these guys up had a technician(Skyler Denton)at my house within an hour to do a full spay for bugs and he set out several mice boxes with bait, he was super nice and friendly and had the job done within 30 minutes and he even found where the mice had been getting in and let me know 5 stars for sure

Matt was extremely responsive when our cabin guests reported wasps in the cabin (they snuck in through a loose board). Although no one was scheduled to be in the area, he was able to get someone on a moment's notice to head there in less than an hour. On another emergency occasion, he personally went to our cabin and treated it in the morning so that housekeeping had enough time to clean before new guest arrived. Matt has been extremely helpful and flexible with last minute requests and our challenging hours to work around. I felt it was about time to publicly thank him for his hard work which we are truly thankful for!

Bed bugs were found (shells) and wasn’t treated. Few months later I had to hire another company for over $3k to fix their lack of awareness/inability to do their job. Won’t recommend or use them ever again and if you’d like to protect your cabin I’d suggest you do the same.

Everyone who works there is super nice and they are very professional. Staff is always very thorough and great to explain what has been done and why it is necessary.

This company was called after many insect sightings in our vacation home. Tony got here and immediately was rude. Before even walking through the door, an explanation was given to him of what we saw. His response was, "Well you're in the woods." Everyone in the house had to wake up so he could take a look around. We are all okay with that since he would be fixing the constant problem we've been having. There have been many roaches and spiders, so that's what we informed him of. He immediately argued with us. He told us we didn't have roaches nor spiders, even though my parents woke up with one on their pillow. He told us that we have beetles. He continued to search the house for a pine beetle to prove us wrong. He struggled for awhile to find a beetle BECAUSE THE BEETLES WEREN'T THE PROBLEM. After pulling the refrigerator out, looking in all of the rooms, and arguing... he found 1 baby pine beetle. He then gave us a rude sounding speech about the type of bug he had in his hand, and that there were no roaches or spiders... JUST PINE BEETLES. My mother then said, "Are you going to spray for the bugs?" He said, "No." At that point Everyone was upset at the fact that we all got waken up, for someone to NOT fix the problem. After the owner of the home was contacted he was told, "If you aren't going to spray then you're welcome to leave." He responded with, "I am!" Tony came into our vacation home to argue and leave. He made the entire company look bad, and was extremely unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

From the moment you drive or walk into someone's house you are representing the company you work for. If you have a bad attitude about doing your job then you shouldn't be in that field of expertise. Sorry but that's so unprofessional and the fact that you were rude communicating with the house guest shows how much you value your job.

4 Way Pest is amazing. They went above and beyond when servicing my vacation rental cabin. They were doing their quarterly service call and, while they were inside, they noticed a propane smell. They spent extra time checking the fire places then even checked the outdoor tank to help track down the smell. This was well beyond the call of duty and saved our upcoming guests from having to deal the problem.
