These people know what they are doing. We had some continuous problems with spiders and bed bugs. Heat Texh came out a few weeks ago and we have had NO issues since. I highly recommend them. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The owner James was very polite and professional. The crew showed up at the time schedule and I couldn't have asked for a better experience and company to have done business with. Both individuals that came out Ben and TJ answered all my questions and concerns. They talked with my 4 kids while we were all outside waiting for the house to cool down, they played with my dogs and were all around great human beings. If you run into a pesky pest that you need to get rid of please do not pass up on this company. In the unfortunate event I ever have to use them again, I will use them over and over. Google only allows up to 5 star reviews, but I give them a 10/10.

I have nothing but immense praise for this company. From the owner, James being patient with my frustration from a very negative experience with Terminex, to my lack of sleep over the issue to a detailed explanation of the process I have nothing but praise. The service provider, Ben, was very professional, courteous and has excellent attention to detail. I have waited for three days to verify that it really seems to work. The three prong approach was fantastic! I only had to leave for about eight hours to get the house super heated and sprayed. They will then come back to send a fungus into the walls to get any residual insects. I am so grateful for sleep. The bugs were in the walls before purchase and not disclosed. These are insidious creatures. Please don’t try to fix it yourself because they will just go to the wall. I am glad that I chose this great local firm. Don’t bother with Terminex because they really don’t know what they are doing and don’t care about the customers. Also the heat service actually works! Various sprays are only superficial. If you have critter problems please give this company a call. I have no financial interest in it and am writing from the heart. I’m now hopeful that it is over. Shoes off at the door and everyone gets alcohol sprayed on their feet and pants before entering the house from now on to prevent recurrence Five stars across the board!!! Thank you

Definitely recommend their services! James was super helpful and communicated everything thoroughly, got us scheduled in a timely manner, and the service was so easy! TJ was our tech, and he did the whole service by himself in the quoted time. He was super friendly and made us comfortable about him being in our house!
