Visiting Frederick May 23rd 2024. While at the store a black guy in one of your trucks was rude to say it nice. Rather not post the language that he used. Definitely not the image I would want for my company.

I contacted this company asking them to come out and spray. During one call I mentioned seeing termites - the owner, Gary Cole, asked me to text him pictures of what I was seeing so he could confirm. (And they were termites unfortunately!) Over the next day he texted back a few times with questions on what I'd seen and information regarding termites. During the actual home visit he and his son arrived - in uniform -not only sprayed but discussed the habits of some of the pests we'd seen, explaining where we'd likely see them and how they get into the house. His son also works with him and while his son was explaining what to watch for to monitor if termites were actually at the house, Gary Cole - the father - was walking around the property checking various places for termite evidence. Overall? I LEARNED a lot to help protect myself and my home, the two of them were very friendly and professional, and they charged less (not much, but less) than another company that I'd previously called. I'll absolutely make Cole's my go-to for any issues and would 100% recommend them. Thank you Cole's!
