Bowden is very professional and easy going
Workers were at my neighbors and they were hijacked to do my yard also. They did and the results were astounding at killing of my weeds.

If you have any pest problems, call Bowden! We have used them for years and never disappointed. Most recently we had a drain gnat problem after having a remodel/addition done. The gnats about drove us nuts! After Bowden did their thing...no more gnats. Thanks!

Bowden pest control employees are some of the friendliest, professional people I have ever done business with! I purchased an old fixer upper that was infested with all types of bugs and since using bowden we have had zero pest! We are actually living in the home now that the pest are gone! Great customer service and good prices. We called to have a hornet’s nest removed from the rock fascia on our front porch and ended up hiring Bowden for quarterly maintenance. The hornets are gone, we are happy.

The guy that came out was very friendly explained every step of what he was doing and what would happen was on time and didn’t cost me an arm and leg I recommend everyone to go with Bowden

Very poor company. I had a service done at my house. Tore up my house because of not knowing what they are doing. Owner came and looked at it and says my fault. Not one time did they try to make the situation better. I hope no one has to go through what we went through with Bowden pest control

Mr Dishman- we did caution you against slander. We have the paperwork that you signed and we have the office team to witness that we did try to make it better. A couple of cabinets slid off the joints, the backing is still attached to the wall. The joints were glued particle board. There is a liability waiver that you signed stating there COULD be damages outside of our control but it was a risk you were willing to take to get rid of your bedbugs. I’m so sorry that even though we tried to help, you refused because all you wanted was a full refund for a situation you agreed to. We didn’t manufacture the cabinets. We didn’t know that glue was used to hold the joints together. We were there to treat the house for bedbugs and did not have complete knowledge/control of the way your house/ products were constructed. This was laid out in the waiver. We have been working for you for many, many years and never had a complaint from you. We’re very sorry for the circumstances but feel that it’s fair to share both sides. We wish you and your family the best.

Didn't follow up
Not very plrased,, yet.
The owner was over an hour late the first time we met with him. He was friendly and seemed like he was going to be okay. Then a guy showed up to spray for mosquitoes but didn’t bring the mosquito bucket. The next appointment the owner never showed so my husband called him to find out what was going on. He told him that we were called and canceled. He basically called me a liar. I did not receive a call and I never called them. He wasted 2 days of pay waiting for him to show. Horrible scheduling and showed his real self to my husband.
Started out having issues with them, we're working them out but they are trying to do the right thing, this time.
It was okay, IF you ever got them to show up at your house at the appointment time. The service guys were great, not the office staff. Call the office with no answer, try to reschedule an appointment was exhausting. We finally gave up and waited for the next month.
They have not returned my calls twice, lied to me about having their “yard guy” contact me to set up an appointment, and now my home is infested with fleas because they can’t take the time or make the effort to contact their customers. How do they have any? Between Monday and Wednesday I got lied to twice and ignored once about having someone come for an estimate. On Monday, I found a couple of fleas on my dogs, now on Sunday, my home, yard, and dogs are infested with fleas and the strongest stuff money can buy from a pet store isn’t helping. I would NOT recommend them to anyone because I wouldn’t wish the nightmare of pest infestation on my worst enemy, and I can almost guarantee that an infestation will occur if you contact them and have to play the waiting game. Pathetic.
