I have been using Mosquito Joes for 6 years. Last year, I met a young man, from another company, who also did spraying and I wanted to support him - so gave him my mosquito spraying business last year. UGH -That was not a good decision as we were left to deal with lots of mosquitos. SO, in February this year, I called Mosquito Joes - as they are by far, a superior product and asked them back. Their customer service is unmatched! Today was my first spray of the season. We have a house on 15 acres with a barn, and they spray the house yard, the barn yard, the firepit and hot tub areas. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SPRAYING ON THE DECK! The mosquitoes have been so terrible here this last month we cannot even be outside after 6:00. I don’t know who sprayed last time but they were so quick and did not “hit” the whole yard, even bypassed the whole deck area all together!

Hector was cool to knock first and give me time to get my car in, although he didn't wait for the go ahead and just started spraying?? When he came to the back of the house he asked me what I wanted sprayed... Um, 🤔 this isn't something I know about that's why I hired people who know about it. I asked him just to what he was trained to do, I don't know 🤷🏼♀️. Hopefully it worked and I won't have mosquitoes❤️

Overall good. A few times I have seen mosquitoes after a spray. It's usually after a big rain. It also would be nice if the sprayer would dump out any standing water they see. Sometimes I miss something or don't get out fast enough after a big rain to dump anything before they spray.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for them to come out that week and spray. They never showed and never called. Unexceptable! Bad business!

Was really excited to start services after speaking with a salesman. I was told for that week they were busy trying to catch back up after the rains, which I understood, and was told I would receive a call the following week to finish setting up my account and schedule a time for them to come out to spray. I received an email telling me that they would be there today, Thursday between 12pm and 5pm. No call, no confirmation, just the assumption that I would be home on a weekday, call off work, and wait 5 hours for them to show up. When I called because I’ve been waiting all day and no one showed up and I needed to leave, the woman told me that “they don’t make appointments and they don’t call. Leave my gate unlocked and don’t have dogs”. I don’t know what sane person in Tulsa metro would leave their property unlocked and unattended while not home for over 5 hours waiting on a company to spray for bugs. Clearly all they wanted was my credit card information and for me to clear MY schedule and be out of work waiting for them to show up.

I have had many issues with billing. I have attempted to call the number provided and have left multiple messages concerning my bill. I have paid my bill in full via check but they have continued to charge my CC for the same charges and they are still sending me past due bill statements for the same dates. I have attempted several times to conclude this matter. I do not understand why they will not answer or return phone calls. I enjoyed the spray and mosquito control but do not appreciate the billing service. I would have given them a better rating if they didn't double charge me and attempt to collect more money for the same dates.
