This termite company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They have zero respect for their customers—refusing to communicate, ignoring calls, and literally hanging up on us multiple times like we’re a nuisance. It’s beyond unprofessional; it’s downright disrespectful and infuriating. If you want to be treated like garbage and waste your time and money, by all means, use them. Otherwise, steer clear of this joke of a company.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Completed a home inspection for my VA refinance, they refused to provide me the report I PAID for. Horrible way to treat a veteran. DO NOT GO HERE!
