We were recommended to Guardian by family to take care of a wasp problem and they did not disappoint! Our tech was on time, friendly, and was really ready to help us. He did a great job and even gave us some pointers on areas we could fix to help prevent wasps from coming back or into the house itself.

We get treatment a couple of times each month. It is very consistant and timely. The residents in our apartments appreciate the pleasant manners and expertise of our technician. Whenever we have extraordinary problems, the manager usually comes out personally to make sure we get our problems resolved including a specialized treatment plan and follow-up with our regular technician. I especially appreciate Chris's willingness to meet with out Executive Director to answer questions.

Guardian Angel is my go to exterminator.. I’ve used them for years on all of my Rentals. They schedule quickly and have some of the nicest professional and respectful technicians around I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to eliminate any pests!

Sit down let me tell you a story. For years and years, we won’t say how many, we were using a different pest control company. And again we won’t say who. But they kept promising to take care of the problem. That it’s hard to get rid of them. Remember these pest can survive nuclear winter!! After a treatment we would see more roaming around. They said it was normal. And we bought it. Then I heard a commercial on the radio. How Guardian Angel not only took care of the problem but when the problem came back for a second time they eradicated it again!! So I wrote down the name and when I got off work started doing some research. Reviews say a lot about a company. Good or bad. But this review isn’t one of those. This is bad people. Bad that I let myself continue to use a company, who in my opinion, took advantage of me. It was a review on here that convinced me to try and see if someone else could help us!! And I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Not only did they take care of my problem!! They exceeded my expectations!! It took as long as they said it would take to get it done but not any longer!! Their exterminator’s were respectful and professional!! I will continue my service with this company as they have given us a pest free home!! 10 STARS

These people have been taking good care of my properties for many years!! I have absolutely no complaints just praises for their friendliness and good work!!

We agreed to a short term bug treatment with one of those high pressure door to door salesmen on a Segway. One more treatment and they'll be history with us. They called the other day and sent the sales guy for a free termite inspection that was included with our agreement. I knew when I agreed to let him come over that there would be more sales pressure and he was ready to send his guys "tomorrow" since we are already on contract. I'm still getting emails wanting to put us on their schedule. I told them I needed a second opinion since I want to be rid of their company. My neighbors use Guardian for pest treatment and were very happy with their experience with the employees and treatments. I called Guardian and asked for a termite inspection and explained my situation. Manager Chris came out to perform the inspection. Great guy, no pressure, and no urgency for our 1980 vintage house with previous treatment. Very good experience and we agreed to perform a retreatment after January 1when we plan to withdraw more retirement funds. We have a great first impression of Guardian pest control.

They will deny you services when you ask questions and will tell you to find a different company which is extremely rude

Daniel, the tech, arrived on time after calling ahead to let us know his exact ETA. Once here, he thoroughly informed my husband of precisely what he would be doing and went to installing the new termite bait system at once. His professional attitude of taking care of business gave us the confidence in knowing that we were in good, trustworthy hands and when completed it would be an excellent job well done. And it was. From the first call with Jackie and the with Candy providing great customer service to the completion of Daniel coming out and finishing the job, our experience with this 10* company has been memorable & top flight.
