Josh is an excellent technician, great customer service! Came to the door, asked how things were going and if we needed any inside care. We chatted for a few minutes and he got straight to work. We have honestly had so little pest activity inside our home since Titan started taking care of our property even though they have never done anything inside the house. When we can afford it we plan to add the mosquito service for outside as well. We have had nothing but excellent service from Titan and Josh continues to represent!!!

Worst service I have ever received. You are locked into a 12-month contract for $45, but when you schedule a technician to come out, they never arrive at the agreed time. I have had to reschedule twice on two separate occasions and still nothing. At this point, it feels like I’m paying $45 for a service I never actually receive. Completely unsatisfied—take your business elsewhere

Ethan always does a wonderful job. He works quickly but is very thorough and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him and Titan.

I had a crazy infestation of ants, winged and regular. They had made their way into my bedroom by the 1000s. I called Titan and the dispatched Saul out and he saved the day. He was super knowledgeable and took care of the problem. I definitely recommend Titan services and Saul!

In home technicians are great, but man you guys really need to fire your office manager, Jenifer. She’s got issues.

First off I have not started service as of yet. But observed a Titan truck servicing next door asked technician if he could speak with me when he was done and he did stop by before leaving. Saul (the technician) was very polite and answered all of my questions and concerns in a professional manner. If the rest of the staff is anything like Saul I am going to feel great about using them when I do start services. Thank you again Saul!

Matt was the technician sent and because of his great professional attitude and going above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied, because of him I will never use anyone but Titan and will recommend Titan to everyone I know.

We were told it was month to month. They came once, sprayed “Pesticide” that never worked and talked about all the cool things they could do with ants and spiders in my yard. Then months later after we gave up and assumed they just forgot us, we received a collections notice. Worst Pest Control in Oklahoma. Learned my lesson and will keep my business local to Ada. They must have been trained to lie.

Have a family member who used them. Family said dont spray or put anything near the dogs which in my opinion would think thats common sense anyways. My family came home to their dogs half paralyzed. Family went through cams guy did indeed put it over there dogs fence, their vet also said it was poison. Family went to cancel and the receptionist screamed at them and told them they will be paying a cancelation fee for this company almost killing my families dogs yeah no if zero stars were a thing thats what I'd give do better your disgusting for almost killing dogs. So much for eco-friendly.

I asked for a mosquito service. The sales guy told me this is what I was getting. I found out i am getting a broad based spray for everything and not mosquitoes. I called to cancel the service and the receptionist is very rude and that is putting it mildly.

After about two years of service we finally just canceled. In the beginning they were amazing. Not sure what’s happened in the past 6 months but it’s become a circus over there in the office. Cancelled my service and I guess they took offense to that cause checked the next day and they charged my credit card four separate times for over $450 This is a card that I’ve told them NUMEROUS times to TAKE OFF FILE! Get it together!

Be careful what you sign… I enjoyed having them at first but after I moved out they said I was in a 12 month ‘bug spraying’ contract and to stop the service I would need to pay $300. No help whatsoever by the receptionist lady who just wanted to state how I I signed this contract and I need to pay it and that it’ll keep racking up charges for 120 days before it was sent off to collections. Last time I ever answer the door to door knockers..

Services were not provided as stated in the contract. $60+ a month for them to come out a couple times a year is crazy. The second time they showed up they didn’t spray the inside, left to “get something” and never came back. The next time they came to spray they decided not to spray the inside because they claimed that I had “told them I didn’t want it the last time” which didn’t happen. The worst part of it all was the “office manager”, Jenifer Scheuerman, who spent the entire phone call trying to talk over me, interrupt me, and ignore my concerns. She is truly a bad reflection on the company. It looks like I’m not the only one who’s had a problem with you Jenifer.. I know you’ll see this 😇 All of this drama and they never took care of the issue, we still have the pests. Ok this was from another gentleman but almost mirrors my problem with Titan Pest

TERRIBLE experience. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. We’ve had them come out multiple times to get rid of our wasps and we have yet to even have a decrease in wasps. Tried to get out of the contract because they’re not doing their job and we have to pay $250 to get out of it. 100% would NOT recommend!

Landon was great when he and his supervisor both stopped by to get us to sign up for pest control after moving into our new house. I would give them 5 stars. However, the pest control tech never showed up for my first appointment on Friday, August 15th. I received no phone call, no text, no email. Nothing. I took the morning off of work for this appointment. Definitely would not recommend.

Do not use this company — extremely unprofessional and misleading. From the start, our experience was disappointing. We were told we could cancel services at any time, which was one of the reasons we initially agreed to sign up. However, the very first service was poorly executed. The technician entered our home without wearing shoe covers, and the treatment was sprayed excessively — leaving puddles, streaks, and residue on our floors, walls, and window sills. When we contacted the company, they admitted that booties should have been worn and the sprayer was likely on the wrong setting. We decided to give them a second chance, but unfortunately, after the follow-up service, there was still no noticeable improvement in pest control. We were then told the lack of results was due to spider mating season and recent rain. When we called to cancel, we were informed we had to repay the discounted rate of the initial service — something that was never disclosed to us beforehand. Speaking with the office manager, Jennifer, only made things worse. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and interrupted repeatedly while I tried to explain our concerns. She claimed we had agreed to a contract similar to “DirecTV,” complete with hidden fees and cancellation penalties — none of which were ever communicated to us before or during signup. Even she admitted that information isn't disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, Jennifer drafted funds from our account without authorization and refused to allow us to speak with anyone else, claiming she makes all the decisions. This company operates with poor customer service, hidden fees, and questionable business practices. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for pest control services.
