Last November we had a mouse problem, and we decided to get the mouse exclusion service with the one year warranty. We were asked to give it a few months. In February, we were still having issues. They came back and saw that they had missed an area and had to order materials. They said it may take a few weeks before the materials would arrive. No one ever contacted us, so we called again in May. They came back out and those guys could also see the problem that was originally missed and said

When I spoke with the person on the phone to set up service I was told it would be around $200 but that included spraying the area as well as the entire permiter of the house. The window I was given was 4:30pm to 6:30 pm. My tech showed up at 2:30pm, sent me several texts while I was working and left. I texted him back and he returned later on in a bad mood.
