There is a significant communication gap between the call center representatives and the on-site technicians. The call center operates as a national service, which can lead to misunderstandings. The technician who was supposed to call before arriving instead showed up unannounced. He mentioned that he thought I didn't have any moles, which was acceptable, but he still proceeded to set traps. I questioned this decision, but as I am not an expert, I felt uncertain. It seems the intention was to c

I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of M P Pest Control. We called about a skunk smell we had in our house. After getting our house checked for a possible gas leak, we decided to call a few pest control places, worried there was a skunk possibly in the attic. They were very upfront with us saying that it was very unlikely it was in our attic and that we could buy a trap and set it outside of our house. If we needed them to remove it they would be happy to do so for their us
I've used Premier Pest Control many times over the years and have always been satisfied with the the product that they offer. The owner, Trevor, is a great guy and always responds quickly to requests and takes care of the many issues that I've had over the years regarding ants/termites etc. I normally don't take the time to write reviews but this company and owner hit all the marks that I look for- being quick, affordable, polite and doing an overall great job. This is the only pest control company I will be using in the future. They are punctual, polite, respectful, and willing to answer all of my questions. They explain what they are doing, take my concerns into account, and offer great advice even when they could have charged me for additional services instead. There prices are well below other companies I spoke to because they price based on time and materials without trying to pad in a bunch of extra profit. I would gladly pay them more than they

When I was calling around for someone to help me with raccoons I found several companies. Some sounded less expensive than others but when I figured all the costs it turned out they were all around the same price. Varment guard was by far the most professional sounding company. After hiring Varment guard I found out I was right. They were as good as I had hoped they would be. The young man that arrived at my home was very personable. He put shoe covering on before entering our home and answered
Great service and pricing with premier. Consistently treating my property has had a noticable impact for the good. My home is surrounded by corn fields and I'd hate to imagine if premier wasn't helping control all makes and models of critters. Feels good to have a company I can count on. Definitely a customer for life.
