Eric and his team did a fantastic job with squirrel removal and repair on the roof of my house. They were extremely professional and communicated with me frequently throughout the process. The removal included repairing and reinforcing the damaged squirrel entries with steel plates as well as animal proofing the soffits near the dormer windows with vent covers that match the existing paint color. Eric also recommended other preventive measures to protect my home from animals and all of the work is protected by warranties. In addition, the entire job was priced accurately and finished in less than a week!

Fantastic service! We had squirrels who were in the wall and trying to burrow all the way into our living room. Within two days, the entire squirrel family was gone and the hole outside was all disinfected and patched up. Great work!

Highly recommend! We had a bat in our shop in downtown Cincinnati. Called Critter Detective and within an hour Eric was at the shop to remove the bat. Professional and thorough, even inspecting the crawl space to make sure there were no more bats.

This is pretty lengthy because my experience was based on multiple interactions. First time called this company in May 2024 to fix a vent opening, he was responsive and gave me an appointment fairly soon. Came in and fixed the vent and charged me about $600 ; he claimed he cleaned and had to replace some internal stuff. Didn’t even question it and paid . The cover he used was basically mesh with flaps. I was assured that “ nothing” can go through , even if animals break the flaps, the mesh will survive and prevent them from going into the attic. End of August I had another partially broken cage, not the one he fixed in May. I texted him and asked if he could help me fixing this one , obviously for a charge, before the whole cage breaks and animals manage to get in; however , I never heard back from him. Couple of weeks have passed and I started hearing noises in the attic, I went outside to check and I found the cover that was fixed by him in May was totally open and birds were going in and out. This is when I called him , I was told that he will fix it since it is under warranty , he sent someone and fixed it; I also had him replace the other vent cover for $200. This time he used a different kind from what he used in May . This cover was a joke , pictures included, it had two parts as well but both parts were very flimsy and fragile; it looked like something used in a Barbie doll house. I voiced out my concerns on how flimsy they looked, and I was assured again that these are very sturdy, nothing can get through and that he has been using this kind for 9 years with no issues plus it’s under a 2 year warranty. In November I saw the outside part of the cover that was fixed in September on the ground , I called him and sent him pictures. I asked him to come and fix it before the internal part breaks and animals get inside. He said he will order a piece and call me back, I never heard back from him. Couple of weeks later the other layer broke off and I had a wide open vent again. I sent him pictures and called him , he declined honoring the warranty because it could be a “squirrel”. The covers he used were extremely flimsy, I voiced out my concerns before installation and I was assured nothing can get through. All the companies that I had giving me estimates confirmed the wide opening was their entry point. Very disappointing service, i would give it below zero, but it is not an option here ,he claimed 2 year warranty, but he did not honor it after three months.

Eric and his assistant were great in taking care of our bat problem in the attic. They sealed the entire house (using a lift at peak of 42') while at the same time humanely extracting the bats. They cleaned up where it was needed and were very thorough, prompt, and courteous from start to finish. They did this all at a very fair price. I recommend them highly and would use them again for any wildlife problems.

They have went above and beyond with tackling a nasty raccoon problem I have! They spent hours at my home inspecting everywhere they possibly could be getting in. The man crawled further into my crawlspace than my home inspector! It’s only been night 1 and we have already trapped one and they will be out first thing tomorrow! I am sure they will fully rid my house of these cute but damaging critters!

I cannot speak for the quality of his work, I can say that I wasted time calling, then texting him pictures (that he requested) of the damage that the rodents have caused. He never bothered to return my call or my text!!
