Eddie is fantastic. After hearing and seeing some signs of potential rodents in our attic, I searched for a well-reviewed pest control company, and I decided to go with Jenkins Pest Solutions. I left a voicemail for Eddie and he quickly reached out to me later that day to talk more about my situation. He let me know upfront that he specializes in mice and rats, but that he would be happy to come out to have a look and provide recommendations at no cost. Eddie arrived on time on the date we agreed upon and quickly got to work inspecting our basement for any potential signs of mice and disturbance in our insulation. While outside, he quickly spotted the entry point on our roof where a critter had been coming and going, and identified it as some wildlife, potentially a raccoon. He gave us some recommendations for wildlife removal companies that he knows of and vouches for (in addition to some plumbers and electricians for other things we need worked on). Although our issue was outside Eddie's scope of specialty, I greatly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to come investigate and make recommendations, all at no cost. I highly recommend Eddie for anyone having problems with mice or rats! I won't hesitate to reach out to him again for his insight.

Eddie was extremely kind when he came to check out our yellow jacket problem. I could tell right away he was a very genuine person that truly cared. He made sure we knew exactly how the problem would be resolved, and that if we had any additional issues with the yellow jackets within 90 days that he would come back right away to resolve it. We also did not realize he only took check or cash, and he offered to do the work regardless because he wanted to help! He did the work quickly as well. Every step of the process was effortless for us, and we will not hesitate to give him a call for any future issues we might have with pests. He comes highly recommended!

As first time home buyers looking to make our space feel like home, a mice infestation was the last thing we wanted on our hands. After two weeks into our new home, we noticed mice droppings in the kitchen as well as some gnawed-on hamburger buns. To say we were disturbed was an understatement. we immediately called multiple pest control services to compare quotes (and, quite frankly, customer service). The larger businesses all rudely pushed/shamed us to get on a monthly plan and yet couldn't tell us what actions they'd take to remedy our situation. Other smaller businesses had subpar customer service over the phone. Eddie, on the other hand, was so patient and gracious answering the million questions we fired off and provided great detail into the approach he'd take to rid us of those crusty mice. We were able to schedule with him the very next day for a free inspection (all other businesses only offered inspections ranging from $85 and up), where he was quickly able to assess the level of damage to our home. After agreeing to his modest quote, Eddie got to work right away and placed bait boxes inconspicuously across our home. Most boxes are entirely out of sight (no fear of future embarrassment when folks come over!). Eddie's knowledge and expertise made us feel we were truly in the best hands that the Columbus area could offer. Plus, we chatted for quite some time and he was a joy to have in our home. It's been about a week and we have yet to see even a single mouse dropping since the bait boxes were placed. We feel comfortable that our issue has been resolved, however, should we have any issues arise again in the coming weeks/months, Eddie's guarantee provides us peace of mind that we won't be throwing additional hundreds down a money pit. Jenkins Pest Solutions is everything advertised - SOLUTIONS. The first time I had Eddie of Jenkins Pest Solutions out it was to eradicate mice that (seemed to be everywhere). He is so knowledgable about the habits of these pests and was able to cover all of the ways mice could gain entry. He 100% solved the problem. I am happy to have found an honest and reliable, trusted service provider. I recommend Jenkins without reservation.

Called them, left a message, and they never returned my call

I really hate to write this review. I choose Jenkins because it had a 5 star rating over 85 reviews. I haven't need to use a Pest Control service until I had an ant problem that I could not solve. I called on Friday at 10:15am and left a message and again on Monday at 9:05am. I have not received a call back from either call. The voicemail message said that it was Jenkins Pest Control. Not sure of why there was not call back. It appears that they comment on their reviews. I will keep watching to see what they say.
