Unfortunately, I discovered a deceased animal under our back deck that we could not reach to remove. I contacted Jake based on his stellar online reviews. He was professional when I spoke with him and made the effort to get to us promptly. He came out the same day and quickly removed the animal, cleared the area of debris and disposed of the animal. His charge for this service was very competitive. We live in a rural area, and we will contact 7 Star Animal Control and Repairs again if we ever have any animal or pest removal needs.

Seven Star is amazing to work with to say the least. Jake and Mason showed up on a Sunday to help us with some raccoons that were nesting in our chimney. They were fast, extremely knowledgable, worked hard, and walked us through every step of the process. They did the wildlife removal same day so that we (and our dogs) could have peace of mind. They went the extra mile to order us a custom chimney cap and even left some extra caging material on top of our chimney until the cap was delivered to make sure we didn't have any further issues. They were upfront on price the entire time, too. These are honest people who genuinely want to help. I can't recommend seven star enough.

We had an exceptional service experience today with Jake Harding of 7 Star Animal Control. I called him about a wildlife creature that was stuck in our chimney, & he fit us into his schedule in hopes of getting to the critter while it was still alive. Jake rescued an Eastern Screech Owl that had been trapped for 5 days. He detected a heartbeat & put the owl in a cage to be transported to Bruckner Nature Center for assessment & possible treatment. Tomorrow the owl will be moved to Glen Helen Raptor Center. In addition to saving the bird, Jake took measurements for ordering custom screen protection for our chimneys to prevent future incidents. Jake was prompt in replying to my initial contact, very knowledgeable about wildlife, reliable in keeping the appointment time set up & even extended a courtesy notification when he was running a few minutes behind schedule. It was refreshing to have such a positive customer service experience with this young man who takes his work seriously & puts his customers’ needs first.

Jake is the man! I literally had hundreds of bees buzzing around the inside of my condo for weeks. Jake showed up and determined they had built a hive somewhere in the wall and were multiplying like crazy. He was able to work his magic and knock out the problem in an hour. The bees have been gone ever since. He’s incredibly professional and easy to work with. He a straight shooter and will make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommended! Will always keep him in my back pocket if I ever need help getting rid of pests at home.

Very responsive, stayed in contact, uses cameras to show what’s going on, which I loved!! Took care of the problem in couple days. I recommend him to anyone in need. You won’t be sorry, I promise!!! Highly recommend this place. very professional and nice. Came on a late friday to set up traps for a groundhog. Removal was quick and a decent price for service. Wish i could rate 10 stars.

If I could rate higher than a 5 star I would. We unexpectedly found a deceased deer in our backyard, we were unsure how long it had been there. I contacted 7 Star animal control and repair and he was here the next morning and removed the deer from our property. Unfortunately something had already got to it so cleanup was not pleasant but this company took care of all of it promptly, quickly, and professionally. I highly recommend!!!
