This company does not stand by their service. I had my house sprayed outside to prevent ladybugs and boxelder bugs from entering. The man who sprayed the house told my wife and I that he would spray the house to create a barrier that prevents bugs from entering the house. He then told us that spraying the inside of the house was unnecessary. He also said that he guaranteed that there would be no bugs for one year. He said, if you see bugs return in the fall just give me a call and I'll come back out and re-spray. The house was sprayed in July 2014. In October 2014 (less than 3 months later) the bugs were back. I called Macdonald Pest Control and talked to a very unpleasant woman. I told her that I just had my house sprayed in July and the bugs were back. She told me I must have a cracked/broken window or left the front/back door open too much. I told her that my house was well sealed and there were no known problems. She then told me that I should have had the inside sprayed because these bugs obviously came from the inside. At this point I was not too happy. She told me that the man who sprayed the house would call me back. He never did. I called back several times. At first they would not answer the phone. Then they blocked my number so that it would not ring to their house or business. I am a very patient and reasonable man. They would not even come out to investigate the complaint. If you want to deal with a company that refuses to stand by their word and guarantee, and refuses to return your calls, then this is the company for you.
