The staff that came to clean the windows of my home were diligent and kind. The office manager, was awful. She was unprofessional, rude and spoke down to me. She tried to charge a late fee when I had 2 voicemails into her to pay, claimed she sent invoices through the mail and had no problem losing us a customers. I will never use this company again.

I'm sorry you feel you've had a bad experience with our office manager. The late fee was due to be charged as the payment was over due by 90+ days. It is stated that this fee is applied after 10 days total listed on our invoice. Several attempts were made through mail and phone calls to collect payment.

A.G.I. is awesome! We've been engaging them for years to clean our exterior windows. This year we added home power washing and roof moss removal to the list. We are amazed! Our home looks brand new! Their teams always arrive on time, are professional and courteous, and do an outstanding job. We truly appreciate them!

We had Dave, Brandon, and Serina over today to clean all of our windows inside and out. Wow! I can't say enough about the work they did and how professional they were. Friendly too! I will surely use them again. They stuck to the task and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I used AGI last year to power wash our house, wash our windows inside and out, and clean the gutters. They were very prompt and they did an amazing job. We will definitely use them next year!

Submitted to get a quote online and never heard from them. Decided to call two days later. They stated they would come the next day and leave a quote in the mailbox. By 5 PM the next day, still did not have a quote. Took my business elsewhere. Was able to get a quote within 30 mins.
