Updated March 2026 - The Orkin tech John returned today for a first treatment of this year. Roger had been handling things well during the latter months of 2025. Today John did a very thorough inspection and treatment in our home and certain outside areas, too. I also asked him to treat the area in & around our mailbox, which is mounted on a 4x6 next to our street. This makes no sense, but often in the spring ant swarms congregate near, and even inside, that mailbox! So weird. John did a great

The absolute worst experience from a company. Every single person I spoke to contradicted themselves. When I first called and setup a monthly service, I was given a quote for every other month. Then I was charged a different amount quoted every single month. Plus I was double charged the third month. Every time I spoke to someone they contradicted the person before them and made excuses for things they never informed me about. I could only cancel my services through a manager and had to wait for

Uodate in response to Orkin: it is ironic the response is you asking me to call when I have called and emailed and spoke to the service team and they denied and didn't take responsibility or apologize. If you want to make it right, do it. Don't make me keep calling and being gaslit. Original post Sales person and all service people were very nice.
