Our household had the privilege of first meeting Eric Long when he so promptly responded to our outreach about a bed bug infestation nearly a year ago. In this nightmare-come-true scenario, our family was lost in the dark. For me, being an ardent animal lover, researching and hiring a pest control company was NOT something I was wanting to do at all. However a year ago I found myself needing to do so for my sanity. I had worked with a company that had it's pros and cons and when it came time for me to need them again I thought that I should dig a little deeper in my research: I am so glad I did because I found Free Bee. From the kind and upbeat woman who scheduled my appointment in a VERY timely manner to the owner Eric coming out to help me, my experience with them has been great. Free Bee is a professional company that offers down-to-earth, honest and practical solutions and advice paired with kindness and affordability. So grateful for this group of hard-working people who helped me through a tough problem.

I called a few businesses when we found some yellow jackets in our roof. Free Bee's receptionist (Kendyl) was super friendly, helpful, and educational so I went forward with them. Jakob came out two days later for a free inspection and he was also fantastic. Clearly knew what he was doing and was just a good dude overall. He explained the entire situation and there was no pressure to get me to move forward with the service. I, of course, did let him know I wanted to move forward and he immediately got his things ready and got to work. Within the hour, the bees were sprayed and Jacob walked me through what to expect over the next few days. Super happy with this service and will definitely recommend them & use them in the future if needed!

Would recommend (& have!) over and over. I noticed a hornets nest, called (on Labor Day!) and Eric scheduled me just two days later. He listened to my concerns, and quickly removed the nest. I am so grateful for the amazing customer service as well as quick turnaround time. You could tell he enjoys his job and getting this nest down was a priority. Had some yellow jackets in a block wall on our second level in the backyard. We tried our best to get rid of them with no luck called free B pest control and Eric came right out and got rid of the little buggers very reasonable as well.

I submitted an online estimate Sunday night for what seemed to be a large yellowjacket nest in a bush out front and first thing Monday morning he reached out. Eric was extremely professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He scheduled us for a free estimate later that day. He very quickly made a diagnosis and took care of the nest right on the spot for an extremely reasonable price, explaining the process and what to expect throughout the service. It has now been a month and we haven't seen any signs of yellowjackets again. From beginning to end, Eric was amazing and I will 100% be a returning customer next time the need arises. Eric did a great job getting rid of the bees from my house. Super friendly and knows his job. I tried for over two weeks to get rid of these bees with no luck. I finally called Free Bee, they came out blasted them and there was no sign of them the next day. Highly recommend Free Bee Pest Control.

These guys are awesome. We get seasonal sprays a few times a year it works great and the owner/employees are always very nice and professional. Always call to let us know their ETA which is nice. I know I can trust these guys
