Worst ever do not use this service you will be disappointed. Surprised they are even in buisness

I like how they came quickly after I reached out for prices and set up my service, but things were not too impressive. The first thing is they ask for a hefty deposit which is fine but didn't explain how I would get that backup front in either their paperwork, phone calls, and face to face when I dropped off the deposit. I only figured it out when a relative swung by to pick up a package that had arrived and he spoke to the partner who came and was sitting in the work van. After the treatment was done I came home and noticed live bed bugs alive in a bedroom the morning after the treatment. This was in a room that was deemed to have the least activity. I was told to reach back after a week as it might take time for the bugs to die. I did just that and still noticed the activity and reached back out. He said he'd set up a follow-up appointment after I sent several messages (I feel like I had to spam almost) . I got a date and time frame set up and on that, just almost 2 hours before the earliest time in that time frame: I got a response saying the job before me got cancelled so they are not going to stop by for the follow-up. Makes me feel like this isn't an important job to even get a real appointment for. It's been passed the warranty and I got told I've been communicating with them so they will still come, but it's been about 60 days. I've been told to reach out on a day and no response. I've stuck to text messages so I have documentation vs just a phone call. I paid 1300, noticed live bugs the morning after treatment while the house was still hot, reached out, got canceled, and essentially ghosted. got bit, killed quite a few bugs and possibly dealt with a re-infestation. (Literally have a live one in a baggie as I type this), I get it they are hard to get rid of, but it feels like I was more valued when I paid vs in the contract follow up guarantee.

I was under the impression everything was OK. After asking if you were still under warranty and I said of course I didn't hear back from you. We have no issue returning if need be. We do need the prep done if anything was on original paperwork. I just thought you hadn't found anything additional. We are busy so if I missed a call or text my apologies just call me and we can get out there to figure out where to go from here. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Again reach out and we can come out beginning of next week.

Jay and Dustin were extremely professional and very thorough. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and how it would impact (or not impact) us. First he was an hour late, after he was finished he called me screaming about the powder I had put down a long time ago. He said I have to get rid of all my furniture because they're infested. Then he screamed at me about my basement he said he saw bugs down there too so my warranty is null. $1800 down the drain, I'm still seeing bugs.

We encourage reviews because we know we strive to have to best customer service available in our service area. We also set a good expectation from phone call to finish. This service was scheduled for 10 days earlier but when we arrived it was not prepared for treatment and all payment methods declined. We agreed to come back which ended up being 10 days later, and being prepared before we arrived was discussed thoroughly. When we arrived the second time it was prepared for treatment in the areas originally discussed. The basement was never discussed or even mentioned while quoting for service originally. We always ask during initial quote if the home has a basement and it's condition, contents, and whether bedrooms or living areas are in those areas. In 99% of homes unfinished basements do not need treated. During treatment we noticed a door behind a mobile dishwasher. It was a basement and all of the things needing prepared on the first visit were thrown down in the basement along with a lot of bed bugs. As soon as we discovered this we called the customer and explained. She said it was fine, go ahead with treatment and she will clean out the basement and either treat it herself or call us back. We can't warranty a service knowing there will be bed bugs when we are walking out so we tried to give her recommendations to finish but never received a call only a review we don't deserve. We have never screamed at a customer. When we spoke to her we were inside and the fans and other equipment are loud so that is the only reason we may raise our voice but would never scream at anyone. We were trying to find out what kind of powder was applied to the furniture and on floors because we create a lot airflow and were breathing it. As for the furniture, anytime we find furniture with years of infestation it is best to discard it, not because of live bed bugs still being present, only because you can't determine what is new evidence and old evidence when it is that heavy. This is common practice for any exterminator. We only recommend discarding less than 5 pieces of furniture a year. On extreme situations drastic measures are necessary. We are still willing to help with the basement if it is prepared for treatment if the customer reaches out to us. This was all discussed and agreed to and then this was posted a day or so after treatment. Given the opportunity to finish the job after prep is done<br>Thank you,<br>Jay

We had gone through Terminix a year prior to get rid of our bed bugs with very little results. After contacting this company, and numerous calls to Jay himself, we gave them a try - and DID NOT regret it! Not only were they professional, thorough, on-time, and consistent, but Jay himself showed up and was very patient with all of my questions / concerns (thanks, again, Jay!). I cannot say enough good things about this business because now we have our home back!
