Called very concerned about some bugs I found on my couch and sent Buckeye bug service a picture of the insect. He immediately identified it as a carpet beetle. Rather then charging me to come out and diagnose problem he got back with me immediately by phone and dod not charge me anything. I told him I appreciated his honest assessment and that not many people would do that. I am very thankful to this business for saving me money and alleviating what could have been a stressful event. He also gave me which home product to use to exterminate the beetles!!! So grateful for this business and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING AN EXTERMINATOR!!!! SUPERB EXCELLENT BUSINESS!!! I called and spoke with the owner, Manson, about the possibility of having bed bugs in my home. It was totally embarrassing just to make the call! However, after answering several questions about the possibility of having bed bugs, my mind was set at ease. He educated me on the way bedbugs find a way into and habitat in the home. The probability of what I described in terms of the rash I had on my body being caused by bedbugs was very low. He offered for me to have him come do an inspection and I’m considering to do so for peace of mind. Thanks Manson for your calming talk to relieve my anxiety about the thought of having those little unwanted critters in bed! I suspected a family member in Heath had bed bugs, so I called bed bug exterminator Columbus One of the best things was that he showed up in an unmarked vehicle—my relative was very worried about the neighbors seeing a pest control truck, so that privacy really put her at ease. Manson confirmed the issue and was able to start the same-day treatment immediately. I cannot sing enough praise about buckeye bug services! I found a bug late Monday night my anxiety was so high I couldn’t sleep I spent all night scouring google for someone to treat my home. I went through countless reviews and decided they were who I was going with. I called first thing Tuesday morning at 7:30 and got a call back by 7:35. They were knowledgeable and professional he had me send a photo and confirmed it was in fact a bed bug. I live 2hrs from the Columbus area he said he could be there and treat my house the same day. He arrived by 10:30 inspected it and informed me there was no sign of infestation most likely an isolated event that was caught immediately. Treated 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. It took him about an hr to do. He said if I see anymore in 30 days he will come back and treat again with no cost to me. He also provided a 6month warranty should I need services again, however after I’m sure I won’t be needing that! I highly recommend if you want fast reliable and guaranteed warranty back service you call them! I know I will if I ever have any more problems.
