Overall experience was great, he was late getting to our appointment, but those things happen sometimes. Will( our tech) was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Eric a technician from Frames Pest Control visited my home today. He was on time, listened to my concerns, walked the entire property and offer different options. He then prepared a quote that was acceptable. All said and done, I’m pleased with Eric and his service.

I would definitely recommend Frame Pest Control My tech was great. He didn’t find any yellow jacket nests but he checked everywhere with his long pole.

Our Frame’s technician, Chad, was great. Usually we always request Eric but he was busy and we had a narrow window to get a treatment. Chad, like Eric, did a very thorough job. Chad was also very conscientious and knowledgeable on where are the critical locations for insects to hide. He’s was very communicative, listening to our areas of insect concern and every time in those critical areas he went beyond our expectations in applying the treatment. We were very satisfied with Chad and doubt we’ll need to call Frames for a follow up treatment before our scheduled final treatment of the season.

My apartment complex requires that our pets be caged or put in a closed bedroom while the techs spray for bugs. In the past I’ve had techs who didn’t care if our cat was out or not since they come in and only spray the littlest section in front of the oven and by the sink. Last month the techs refused entry because our cat wasn’t put away. She’s elderly and doesn’t handle being cooped up well. I reached out to the company when the service was rescheduled and they put me under the impression that they would be able to let her out post treatment. The tech who sprayed ignored the letter and left her cooped up. It’s 90 degrees out today with limited air flow between the rooms when the door is closed. I wish the communication was better from this company. I’m excited to move somewhere who doesn’t use them. :(

My review is a long time coming actually. This was years back and I am simply hoping their techs that come out to spray have a better and professional presence. I lived in public housing and it was part of my lease agreement to do amonthly application. when they went around with the live in managers they would talk smack about each individual unit they just got done with. you can hear them in the hallways and I absolutely cannot stand that. I know the managers at that time were busy bodies and then some.they were very intrusive and it was an awful way to live. I didn't want any chemicals in my unit at all. I made it to where it was a simple inspection only. No issues w/bugs at all while I was there EVER. We lived there for a few years with no issues although neighbors told me about the previous tenant and the nastiness they left the unit in. I did find out until years later that there was once an infestation because the kitchen cabinets had to be taken down for maintenance and there were a few dead bugs on the wall behind the cabinets. the managers and the frames employees made me feel like I was under a microscope. No consideration, no professionalism. I hope that has changed because we had deserved to be treated as a human being and not trash. F Y I

I am deeply disturbed by reports that baby raccoons were allegedly drowned rather than handled through humane wildlife practices. If true, this is completely unacceptable. Wildlife deserves to be treated with compassion and respect, even when removal is necessary. There are humane methods available, and businesses that work with animals should be held to a high standard of care. Any company involved in the drowning of baby raccoons should be held accountable. Wildlife is not disposable, and young animals should never be subjected to unnecessary suffering. Humane wildlife control exists for a reason. I strongly encourage Frames Pest Control to publicly address these concerns, explain their wildlife handling policies, review their practices, and commit to the ethical and humane treatment of all animals. Every animal, whether domestic or wild, deserves a humane and compassionate outcome. The way we treat the most vulnerable creatures says a great deal about who we are as a society.

He called to let me know he would be arriving today to do the work. He kept me informed everything looks great!

Had a carpenter ant problem. Called for service they showed up on schedule, technician fully explained how the ant's behave their destructive nature & how he would treat them with the assurance that he could solve the problem. AND HIS PROMISE CAME TRUE. I have now signed up for quarterly service which gives me & my wife a lot of comfort going forward.
