All American Termite and Pest Control

We have hired this company to come to our hour twice a year. They are courteous and work very hard to rid your home of pests. We have referred them to other people that we are close to and they have hired them also. They are trust worthy and would not hesitate them to treat our home if our son would have them come if we were gone on vacation. Check out the website. We chose them because they have great reviews and they honor veterans. We have an friend that we are very close to, and she is a widow. It means a lot to her that she can have a company that she can employ and be safe. They have come to our home, our son's home, and our friends home, for several years.

3 years ago I gave a 5 star review...it's a one now..wish I could give a 0. We tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment and finally got one only to have him never show! We worked our butts off to get everything ready and cleared out for him to disappoint again. Do not recommend at all

AATPC was scheduled 4 different times to come out and treat for wasps. Never showed up once. Never called to say they weren’t coming or to reschedule. Sat at home all day waiting. Not sure what’s going on, but not very reliable.

Never followed back up to monitor his work... Buyer beware

Talked to and scheduled apt with Rodney. I had also expressed that I needed this done before going out on vacation. No call no showed. I even called an hour before he was supposed to come to confirm appointment and left a voicemail and never heard back. Very unprofessional and very disappointed as now we are in a bind to find someone before going on vacation. Would not recommend putting business with this company.

Excellent service. He came out the same day and quickly and cheaply took care of our yellow jackets.

This is one of the best businesses for pest control I have dealt with. They are punctual, knowledgeable, professional and go above and beyond. Rodney is very knowledgeable and is very anxious to help. As I said earlier, he has gone above and beyond in the inspections (including under the house) and in the treatment for pests. He let's me know when he is scheduled to be here which is great. If you are in need of pest control, I highly recommend All American Pest Control. This company is a joy to work with and has great customer service.

All American came to identify the source of a recent ant problem. He was very professional, he kept the lines of communication open when we needed to reschedule due to weather, and he was on time for our rescheduled appointment. Before coming in my house, he put covers over his shoes, and once he identified the type of ant on my property, he recommended a vigorous over the counter treatment. I appreciated his honesty, and I will use him in the future if new problems arise. If you have a pest control problem, please consider All American.

Rodney is wonderful. Immediately made time in his schedule to come out and look at our shed when we found carpenter ants. Then did an extremely throughly inspection of our home and lawn. He did the absolute best spraying we have ever had. Very professional and knowledgeable. Always willing to allow me to send him pictures of our concerned invaders. 100% would recommend! Rodney is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable with removing pests in and around the house and always does an exceptional job during each visit - he even sweeps out the spider webs from my children’s play set in the backyard. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Excellent customer service! Rodney did an inspection that was required when we refinanced our home last year. I recently reached out to him when I had concerns about infestation. He responded quickly and came out to inspect our home. The All American Termite and Pest Control Team now provide pest control treatment to our property. Very professional, responds quickly, effectively communicates and answers all of my questions, reasonable pricing. Great overall service! As a retired military family we are happy and appreciative to be able to get such excellent service while supporting veterans!

We love this company, not only is it a Veteran owned business but Rodney is so experienced and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what our problem was right away and was out here the next day to treat our property. I wish we had started out with him instead of the lawn care company that over charged us for a mere fraction of the service and treatment Rodney provided. They’re quick, efficient and professional, and I’m sure we will continue service for many more years! Rodney came out to treat my house for ants. He explained all options thoroughly and I selected the service I wanted.
