This is the first lawn care company I’ve ever used as I be always taken care of it myself. After some research and some questions about the specific products they use I’m letting Lawn Plus do it this year. So far so good. Shirley our applicator was GREAT on communication as was the main office. I saw a few clips from cameras as the application was being done and could see the care that was being taken around other sensitive landscape plantings. Awesome.

I have more weeds and crabgrass than I think I should have after the season long treatment plan. Shirley did a good job with cleaning up.

Crabgrass is one of the hardest things to control and the best chance we have at cutting back on crabgrass is getting down our pre-emergent before the seeds start to germinate in the spring. One crabgrass plant can produce up to 150,000 seeds. We always recommend seeding areas in the lawn that are thin or that crabgrass persists, to help thicken the turf. We have made some additional notes on your account for next year to try to address that better for you going into the future. Also, we do offer free service calls within 30 days of your last treatment, so if you still have persisting weeds after a treatment, please get in touch with us before 30 days has passed, and we will come back out free of charge and respray. Thank you for letting us know about your concerns with the crabgrass and weeds, and for allowing us the opportunity to revise your service accordingly. We appreciate you letting us know how Shirley did for you and will be working to improve your service and experience.

I think this is my third year of using their pest control services. I have not had any issues with any outside critters coming into my house since I started using them. I have a cat who remains flea free without having to have a flea collar.
