Very positive experience! We required a termite inspection for a house we bought with a VA loan. Phelps was SO convenient, very reasonably priced, and professional. They made sure they could accommodate my tight schedule and was finished within 45 minutes. Payment was easy - just took my information over the phone! Absolutely recommend to anyone needing these services.
