Never finished the job!!

Terrible service. Called them numerous times and said they would come out and never did. Don’t even bother calling them they will make up excuses and lies for weeks of why they can’t make it out. Dakota Is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with.

My experience with Ohio Turf Solutions has been terrible. I prepaid for lawn treatment service for the 2018 season. That included 6 treatments paid in advance at close to $600. Unforeseen circumstances with work forced a move for us to the westside of Cincinnati after only two treatments. Realizing the distance was outside of their normal service area I called to stop treatment and asked that my remaining prepaid services be utilized by my in-laws that lived only a few miles away, very much in the normal service area. James offered to continue our business at my new location despite the distance, citing his family living in my new area and that it would be no problem to work me into the schedule. Despite every effort by phone and email I could not get James to come to my new home for even one treatment before the end of the 2018 season. Eventually we spoke and he assured me that he would finish the four remaining treatments in the 2019 season. It's now the middle of June and despite many promises by email James or his crew hasn't shown up. I've sent him probably 10 emails and have no returned calls after voicemails requesting a call back. I have pleaded with James by email and voicemail the last few weeks to just refund me or at least work something out and he has chosen not to respond, but instead to keep my money for services not rendered. I gave him the opportunity a few days ago, a final time, to contact me before leaving reviews and he didn't respond. I appreciate small business and hate doing this but it's the only recourse I have with a business owner that refuses to even acknowledge that he has $400 in his pocket for something he didn't fulfill. I would suggest working with someone more honest . I've paid for the same service with big companies like Scott and Tru Green, and like clockwork they've held up to their commitment. It's sad that someone can lay their head down at night knowing they have essentially stolen $400 from someone.

Thank you for all the time and work you guys have put in to our lawn! We started with Ohio Turf about a year ago and they lawn has show continuous progress after each application. The lawn stayed dark green all year long, The dandelions were killed in the spring, and no crabgrass in the summer. Excited, and Looking forward to this year!

I get calls, it seems like every day, from lawn care companies telling how great they are and all the free stuff they're going to give me. I happily decline everyone because I know the quality of work I have received consistently from Ohio Turf. I'll also be using them at my new house in Mason as well!
