Spider Assassin and Pest Management

I never do reviews, but I am very upset and I don’t want to see anyone else experience what I have with this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner is completely unprofessional. I thought I would try this company out to save some money as they are less expensive than other exterminating services, but I was wrong. The first red flag was when I was asked to pay via Venmo. I purchased services in March, but didn’t receive my first treatment until 5/26. He canceled multiple times due to weather conditions/wind conditions, which is understandable, however, there were days where weather conditions were fine and he didn’t service our area. The final straw was this last treatment in which I questioned him about having services provided both indoor and outdoor as that’s what I paid for and he questioned why I wasn’t more specific about the treatments when I texted him to come out. I just wanted what I paid ahead of time for. As a customer, why should I have to keep records of everything— although I did. After being upset with him and his lack of professionalism, he told me if I offended him anymore he would no longer service my home. Word to the wise— do not pay someone via Venmo and do not use Spider Assasin.

They cancel bc “high winds” when in reality it’s the fact the owners doesn’t have a license and can’t drive to the jobs even worse he has bed bugs in his own house liek how bruh you own a pest control company would not recommend needs to look more professional as well very unprofessional and rude look at past reviews bug spray from Walmart is better

If I could give this guy, no stars, I would…. THIS GUY SCAMMED ME OUTED ME OF $120 DIDN’T DO THE SERVICE REFUSE ME THE SERVICE BECAUSE I QUESTION HIM ABOUT WHEN HE WAS GOING TO SERVICE MY HOUSE. HE TALK TO ME VERY POORLY. I TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS AGAINST THE ATTORNEY GENERAL‘S LAW TO REFUSE ME. MY REFUND I PAID HIM BACK IN MARCH. IT IS MAY AND I STILL HAVEN’T GOT ANY SERVICES DONE NOR HAVE I GOT MY MONEY BACK AFTER I ASKED HIM FOR A REFUND MULTIPLE TIMES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GUY HE IS SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY AND NOT DOING THE SERVICES IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF $120 THEN GO WITH THIS GUY IF NOT, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME INSTEAD GET A HOLD OF DONE RIGHT PEST MANAGEMENT LLC. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY HOUSE FOR PEST CONTROL‼️‼️‼️‼️ HE HAS BLOCKED ME AND STILL WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! Claims i followed him bc i said “ you could be spraying house but yet you’re riding around” this guy does ERIE COUNTY SCANNER FOR A LIVING ON FACEBOOK! Harassment where ???? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! This guy is a scammer

We use him once a year for spiders. Once hes gone, no spiders for the year.

Canceled numerous times they said due to wind but the wind was stronger the day they finally did spray. Spiders are still everywhere
