All you hear is, "I've been doing this for 39 years and there's no fleas here!" In the meantime the homeowner is the one that knows if they have fleas. The owner of the company didn't even know the difference between a flea and a mite. He had the nerve to tell me there are no chemicals to kill mites. There are products to kill mites. This guy does not know what he's doing. Don't let him fool you. I gave two stars cuz they answer their phones most of the time and he came back to fix the problem but his ego is too big to fix it. He missed the rat holes I had to show him. And he does not take the older chewed bait out of the boxes. If you don't change out the old bait the new RODENTS will not eat what other rats have eaten. He was to fill the entry points into the home with metal mesh and foam but only half filled the holes and with dish scrubber s!

Chad Anderson came out today for a bee problem. He was Very professional and extremely helpful. He sprayed my whole house at short notice, I called and he was here within an hour and that was terrific for me. I thank him for putting my mind at ease and at a great price. Thank You again !!

Great on time service Quality work every time

I called to inquire about a possible same day inspection and was actually laughed at over the phone. Then rather than talking about possibilities/ time-frames he immediately started spewing out $ amounts per room and how expensive it is. So wildly unprofessional. I had a much better experience with the second company I reached out to and I’m so happy to NOT give Air Pest Control of Salem my business.

We called them out for a bed bug issue they came outAnd looked at our problem gave us a paper to get ready for them and we set up an appointment we follow the instructions in details doing everything they had asked us Do the first it did not take care of the problem Nor did the second third or fourth time We still have them. We even got a dumpster And throw away almost all of our furniture and belongings. The third time they came out He told us they might be living under our Hardwood floor and we should remove it so I did and could not find any Signs of them. The forth time they came out he said They might be in the wall but they don't have the equipment to take care of that so I was better of calling someone else. So lesson learned it's not always better to use local or small business 🤔

Not open at the main office but over all good

Very upset, we have an ant problem that I was assured would be resolved within one month. The one month wait for the bugs to go away alone is frustrating when I was promised initially that they would vanish within 2 weeks! I was promised the services were guaranteed and they would retreat our home, the problem that I have with that is that I will have to wait an additional month to be rid of the issue and by that time why the heck have I paid you nearly $200 when it's almost the end of the bug season by the time it's supposedly going to be fixed?!?! What a complete waste of money. The money isn't even the big issue I would pay twice that to have the damn things gone and just wish I would have trusted a different company that could have helped us!
