Both gentlemen were exceptional in review of my place and in the explanation. Also, in dealing with my dog who loves to play and is a lot to handle. They crawled into places I didn’t think were accessible and were able to educate me and tell me what some ‘next steps’ should be. I would recommend them, without question.

Had an estimate/walkthrough on 7/27/24. While Denver was very informative and thorough, I never received a follow up with the office with photos and service plan information and costs

We received an update from you on July 29 that a check is in the mail and as soon as we have received it, all of your documents will be sent out to you as promised! Payments are taken on-site before the inspections are performed typically, in this case, no one was available on-site. While this is not a normal situation for us, we will have everything out to you ASAP upon receipt of payment!<br>

Update to my original review after response from business- Business explained account wasn't in my name and it wouldn't have been as it was in my wife's name. Business is fully aware of the situation and rather than directly address and remedy the issue, the business decides to refute the review and attempted to sweep the review under the rug. My wife and I enlisted Zuckerman's to help us out with squirrels getting into our house. Zuckerman charged north of $500 to patch a handful of holes in siding of the house created by the squirrels only to leave several other holes exposed. Zuckerman reassured us that the other exposed holes are nothing to be concerned with. Squirrels would later access the house through the same exposed holes. My wife and I reached out to Zuckerman only to be told that we would be charged an additional charge comparable to the initial charge of more than $500. I was reading other reviews on Google and Facebook and not a single review was under 5 stars. Hard to believe that every review is 5 stars. That's difficult for any business to do. I'm thinking any review that isn't 5 stars is being taken down so I'm not sure how long this review will be posted. If anyone does happen to see this who is considering this company, think twice before signing any contract.

The treatment was excellent. So nice to sleep peacefully. But the customer service was rude and wasn’t as nice or friendly. However Mrs Z was very pleasant.
