Will and I spoke on the phone right before the weather turned into a Bexley tornado. We spoke about my pollinator gardens and how I didn't want to kill any of the beneficial insects, but also needed my yellow jacket problem to go away. He came when I wasn't at home but totally followed my wishes and avoided spraying in any of the pollinator zones. Thanks Will!!

We’ve enjoyed the service from Champion! My wife is very afraid of spiders! The treatments have done well for the most part to keep them and all other insects at bay.

Today I got to experience the Champion reputation of quality work done by great people. Andrew (my tech/treatment specialist) was friendly, personable, informative and very efficient. I appreciate his explanation of everything he did and anything I needed to do to aid the process or follow-up (it was more than a simple spray-around). Andrew visited us for the first time today due to wasp and yellow jacket sightings and ant problems on the exterior of the house. He was very professional and efficient, spraying the outside of the house and inside of basement, spraying dust for the yellow jacket nest under one of our boxwoods, as well as removing cobwebs and a wasp nest we weren't even aware of yet.

Service began with knock at door to let us know the service was beginning. Asked if we had any concerns or special needs. Much appreciated the personal touch.
