Well they told us the only way we could get rid of bedbugs was to go threw them. For one week hear treatment it would coast us 300.00 told them we would just take care of them are self ( due to my fiance losing his job to on top of me not starting my job my rent went up to almost 500.00). Well needless to say we got rid of are bedbugs and it didn't coast us no 300.00. We went and got saw dust. They came at the end of October. Well it's almost the end of November and we go rid of them with out spending a arm and a leg. The one lady was so rude and disrespectful to me. Cutting me off in the middle of a question. The other lady that was with them was nice and she understood where I was coming from. Also they have no one to answer there phone when you call to see when they will be coming to your place. Also they don't give you a list of what you need to do for your expectations. I would recommend trying stuff your self before calling these people. They tore my apartment up and didn't put a single thing back. Deffently won't be going threw them

Had them at my boyfriend's parents house twice. For different reasons. Nothing changed. They said each time they had to do three rounds of spray and treatment. Nothing happened. It made it worse.

I'm sure if you had contacted us at our office IF you had an issue under your real name, we would have happily retreated or refunded your money like we have for 60 years. Unfortunately "Eleutheromania First" doesn't bring anything up in our system.
