I had a serious problem last summer with small tiny stinging, black ground wasp and sweat bees last year in the 100's. Eric with Ampulex came to my home and treated the areas he said were causing the problem. One year later, I am ecstatic to confirm that his treatment is still working this summer. I definitely recommend Ampulex for their fast, friendly and long-lasting treatment services.

Excellent service! Highly recommend this company. I live in a 7 floor complex building. We had an exterminator service for years who used horrible chemicals and was not rated very well for bed bugs and roaches. Finally the landlord got rid of them and hired Ampulex Environment Solutions ( yay!!) summer of 2023. It has been amazing!! They have a spray called Apprehend that is a spore and has no smell. No more leaving the apartment for two Plus hours from the nasty bug chemical smell sprays. And it has been amazing results with them. Eric is very professional, kind, and awesome. Great family business in Hamilton, Ohio. They have been servicing our building for a little over a year now and it has been great. There are about 100 apartments in here so we really needed somebody like them for a very long time. Hired to remove a hornet's nest from my parent's house and had exceptional service! They went above and beyond, were kind and knowledgeable, as well as efficient! Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring not only the safe removal of the nest but also checking the entire house to make sure there were no other issues. We began using Ampulex for over three years. We continue to be impressed with their professionalism, care, and effectiveness. Eric always goes above and beyond and Whitney is so nice and responsive. For example, I recently called to make an appointment and Eric was able to fit me in right away. However, when he arrived to my house he said he felt it was best that he not come in the house due to the fact that he had just been around a family dealing with illness. See, Eric knew my 5 month old daughter has had some serious health concerns and he did not want to expose her to anything. He knew this because Whitney had taken the time the day before to ask about my family. Eric said he would spray the outside of my house at no charge! I was so thankful and beyond impressed. Ampulex is a wonderful company to hire! They were quick to get onsite and treated for ants and mites on our property. Awesome customer service with outstanding communication!! After reaching out to several companies to treat carpenter bees on our deck (on a Sunday of a holiday weekend no less), Ampulex not only answered but they took the time to address my long list of questions and concerns about treatment options since we have our kids, pets, and other home projects scheduled long term... Other companies who returned our messages a few days later not only had higher estimates but just seemed so pushy to schedule an appointment to even answer my questions... While on-site they were very thorough and friendly with taking the time to really explain everything in more detail and even pointing out other mild concerns around our home... I feel confident that the job was done right and I will not hesitate to recommend Ampulex and use them again for any future needs!!! AGAIN THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB START TO FINISH!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

One day my worst nightmare came true I learned I had gotten bed bugs. we had just moved into our new home and I was devistated I was so freaked out it was unreal. my sister told me she used Apmulex for her son's problem so I called and I spoke to what seemed to be the nicest guy I have ever dealt with...he was quick to come check out my house and assured me he would take care of the problem and discussed the procedures that would be done and just by talking to Eric my mind was at ease by the time he left...I am HAPPY to say I am bug free...I would definately use Ampulex for any situation that may come about....very professional and knowledgeable Thank you so much Ampulex I can sleep in peace now....

I have had this company come to my home a few times. Once for mice that discovered the bird seed in our garage and another time for carpenter ants. Eric (the owner) has an amazing amount of knowledge about the various pests and their tendencies. He even returned to check the baiting stations. Super reasonable, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, dependable and quick response. I highly recommend this company!!!

I am posting this review just in case anyone is unsure about who you're getting when you call ampulex they are very concerned with your well-being and peace of mind they let you know that once they come that the bugs are not your problem but it is theirs and they keep their word we were very pleased and would always call them back they are the best

These guys were great. Showed up on time on a Saturday morning. They did what i thought to be a thorough inspection and found nothing. (Much to my relief) They walked me though every step of the way and answered all of my questions no matter how silly or redundant. There was no attempt to sell me product or services because... well... There was no need. Thanks guys! I will call them again if needed.

This is the MOST WONDERFUL company I have ever came across!!! They go above and beyond to resolve ANY and ALL issues. They treat us like friends and keep us informed of EVERY SINGLE STEP they are doing. Presistant and cheap with friendly service.

Everyone at some point has to deal with a nasty bug that they would rather burn the house down than mess with. That is where we were at when we met Eric. I broke down and sent him an email at ten at night. They were promt with responding and quick to get to my house. They even came out on a weekend that worked best for my family. He was helpful and none judgemental with our issue. And to top it off, it didn't cost us an arm and leg! I would highly recommend him for any issue. He was knowledgeable and nice about it all! Thankfully, our bug issue has been taken care of with just one treatment. Eric went out of his way to check on us and we have a 90 day warranty from the moment that we are no longer seeing Bug activity. Thank you again Eric!

I was shocked to discover that I had acquired bed bugs! I read through several books on Kindle and everything I could find on the Internet. I was also checking out local exterminators and companies who treat bed bugs. After contacting several with my questions and concerns, I was lucky enough to find Ampulex Environmental Solutions! Eric, of Ampulex, promptly came to my home and took the time that I needed to answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and add additional information. The treatment has been successful and I have been left knowing that I can reach out at any time for follow up measures and questions if they were even needed. (All of this at a fair and reasonable cost.) I will recommend Ampulex to anyone needing bed bug removal or prevention. Eric takes the time and actions to ensure a prompt solution.

Having dealt with bed bugs in the past I knew exactly what I was looking for in a company to help me with my problem and I immediately recognized Eric as a professional, knowledgeable and caring person. During his inspection not only did he do a thourrough job of checking my home but he also assured me that having bed bugs was not my fault and it was nothing to be ashamed of which was an incredible load off my mind. I have hired Ampulex on two different jobs, one for ants and another for carpenter bee's. He showed up on time and did a complete job at both sites. I would not hesitate to hire them again for my rental LLC.

We had been dealing with phorid flies since February of 2015. We contact a large commercial pest control company who came out once and spayed for what they thought was fruit flies. This did no good. They came out again and did the same thing. The third time finally a supervisor came out and finally diagnosed the "fruit flies" as phorid flies. They indicated we needed to contact a company who handled both plumbing and HVAC issues as these started in a drain. We had said company come to our home and indicated it would cost $25,000 to completely tear up our walls, vents and floors to take care of this problem. This not being an option, we sought out the servies of Ampulex and Eric Johnston. Eric was extremely prompt and professional as well as educated and immediately had a plan of attack. After the first treatment, we saw a huge improvement! A week later, Eric returned (at no additional charge) and followed up on his work with sophisticated equipment and did a bit of spot treating. We have been extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and will refer Ampulex Environmental Solutions and Eric Johnston to everyone we know!
