Update: I just received an email to renew my pest free program. Absolutely not, I never got the refund from last year that I'm owed and the owner doesn't respond. This is the most poorly run business. I paid over $500.00 for the "pest free" program. My first service was in mid April and the tech was only there about 30 minutes to spray the entire inside and outside. I told him we had a wasp problem on the back porch. A few weeks later we still have wasps and spiders are in the basement. I called the emergency number on a Saturday afternoon and was told they didn't know when they would be in my location next but that I would be charged extra. I had to consult a separate exterminator who obviously needs paid too and he came to my house and listened to my concerns and set up a plan. I emailed the customer service person at Buckeye to inquire about at least a partial refund and she did not respond. I left a detailed voicemail for the owner with my concerns. Edit: My only concern is getting a refund because although I did meet with the owner he was still unable to help solve my pest problem. So far it seems I paid $500 for a consultation and sticky traps

I have used Buckeye Exterminating for over 10 years. In all that time I have had not one complaint. They are prompt, polite, informative, knowledgeable and respectful. I did have an issues of ants returning after a typical service. They returned to the home promptly and took care care them. Their pricing is affordable and not inflated. Buckeye Exterminating is an exceptional company.

I stopped in because I was lost, and the ladies that were in the office were super kind and helpful.

Watch out for these trucks, they've got an idiot that never learned to look both ways before pulling out onto the highway driving one! Dont know if he was trying to get workers comp or drunk!

We had an infestation of rodents (3). They came and laid traps in the crawl space, in their run and 2bait stations outside. They did a great job and we no longer have those awful ridents.
