EarthRite answered all my questions before scheduling and when Nate came out he was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled the yellowjackets like a pro. I also appreciate that their pricing is reasonable and they were able to get the appointment scheduled quickly. I highly recommend this locally and family-owned business.

Tyler y. Came out inspected home said looked good set up equipment got started heat treated upper half sprayed in lower half unfinished basement also sprayed upper when heat treatment was finished.tyler explained everything and what chemicals not to use and proper way to clean . Jarrett and DJ are our heroes! We just had EarthRite rid our home of an infestation of bed bugs. We had no idea that we had so many. We tried to solve the problem ourselves with products from Lowe’s and found out this is the worst thing we can do. Jarrett is an expert on bed bugs. We learned so much from his experiences of clearing bed bugs from houses. We very much recommend the heat method to exterminate bed bugs. Our daughter also used them and feels the same way. DJ has a great eye for prepping the house from inflammables and candles and so many things! Jarrett and DJ are delightful and hard working men. Scott, Tyler & Casey are the people you wanna contact and trust! Scott is the one who will evaluate the problem and set things in motion. He will answer your questions and respond back whenever you reach out and Tyler & Casey are the ones that will preform the service that’s been recommended. They were prompt, friendly and hard workers. So whether you’ve been in your home for several years or 40+ years like us, give em a call! They’ll help ya out.

Had a wasp/hornet nest under my car (that’s been sitting in the driveway for a couple of months). I called EarthRite and a technician named Casey came out within a couple of hours and remove the wasps. Can’t begin to explain how grateful I am.

I first representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful taking my information. A couple of hours later, the owner called me back with more details while he was on vacation—talk about dedication! When it came time for our service, our technician was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and happy to answer any and all of our questions. He clearly takes pride in his work and made the whole process feel smooth and stress‑free. If every service company had more employees like him, I wouldn't feel the dread of calling them every time! The administrator, technician, and owner each made a real difference for me. From the first inspection of my brother’s pre-owned condo to the final day of service, everyone was respectful, professional, informative, and genuinely compassionate. I was especially touched by their kindness and sensitivity toward my brother, who is a disabled veteran. Technician Tyler provided thorough, detailed service and kept me informed every step of the way, including both the pre- and post-service preparations. He was warm, personable, and greeted me with a smile at a moment when I felt completely overwhelmed and close to tears. His kindness meant more than he probably realized. Jen, the administrative employee, followed up with us the very next day and kindly shared information about quarterly inspection options. Her follow-through helped me feel supported even after the service was complete. Scott, the owner, was there from my first contact through completion, patiently explaining what to expect, what steps to take, and how to help prevent the issue in the future. He even came to the condo himself to support his technician and me! That’s stellar service! I came to him through a family referral, and he treated me like family too. He gave suggestions for self maintenance to keep the problem from coming back, and schedules follow up visits to reasses if the problem is resolved or a new tactic is needed.
