Definitely could tell a difference in my lawn appearance shortly after having treatment. Did what they was suppose to do never did I see them cut corners and not treat parts of the yard. I always viewed my cameras to make sure , always made sure gates was closed when they left .

Absolutely the best lawn service our HOA has ever had (we have had most of the major companies) services performed by licensed pros that really know there stuff. We couldn't be happier

Their attention to detail, great customer service when talking to office staff, reminder service requests, and willing to go the extra steps is almost impossible to find anymore. They are one the best and great local company to the Grove City area.

I have been with MA Sauders for over 10 years now. They are the best lawn care company in Central Ohio. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and always answer any questions that I have. This has been a very good, conscientious lawncare service. They offer free spot treatments for weeds in between fertilizer and weed prevention applications. They have knowledgeable technicians. We have been very happy with the quality of care since using MA Souders services.

Decent family run company. I tried to help fix a minor network issues, but their server was in poor shape. They are however an excellent bunch, even though of minor computer issues.

Their employees are very courteous and professional whenever communicating with me. They provide a quality products to treat the lawn at the right time of year and if you should have a problem or concern, they are quick to respond and answer any question or to retreat if needed.

We've been using this company for a while now. Lately their company has been getting worse. Last year we were treated for Amy worms. Now that patch of grass is dead. This year weeds started popping up. I called once and the person (who was new) they sent out took pictures. Never heard back. Then I called again. Mr. Souders and an employee came out. He saw the problem and said he would come out personally. Never showed up. Now my lawn is getting worse. I never heard from him again. Very poor customer service and very poor service in general. I would not recommendthis companyto anyone.

Well, today's experience was with truck 127. He blocked the mailbox so the mail wasn't delivered by the post office but the postal worker got out of the truck and hander driver 127 a plastic bag. Likely a notice to the mailbox. Oh, along with the mailbox being blocked a fire hydrogen that put not only the single client out of city's services but the five other houses around the that same hydrogen. Both are city of Columbus traffic law validations with tickets and fines. I don't care if they are serving one client, they are inconvenience others around the single client.
