Today, March 24, 2026, Corie Came to do my Pest Control treatment. As always, she’s extremely thorough very kind and hard-working just like everyone at Truly Nolen, From the office staff to the technicians, everyone is so professional. That’s why since 2020 I’ve had Truly Nolen treat My home. Thanks so much Truly Nolen for keeping all the Critters away! Jim Today, December 15, 2025 Adam came by and did my Pest Control service. He always does a phenomenal job. Thanks Adam for taking care to make sure my home is free of pests!!! I’ve had Truly Nolen Pest Control services since August 2020 when I moved to Mount Gilead, Ohio. Never once have, I’ve been disappointed… And bugs definitely don’t live here. Cori is always pleasant, thorough and does a good job. I refer to her as my favorite bug person.

I was home when Corie Arrive to do our by monthly exterior spray, she knocked on the door, just to see how things were on the inside, which is always fine as long as the outside is taken care of which she does. As always, thank you Corie For being thorough.

Corie was great. She explained where our ants were coming from and why. She was very careful around my beagle and did not use anything that would harm him

My mom uses Truly Nolen to help with her pest and rodent removal at her house. The service tech Adam is always polite and professional. He does a great job! Mom is always pleased with the great services provided by Truly Nolen!

She did a termite inspection, I wasn't charged and she explained everything. She found no signs of active colony's.

Cory is one of the sweetest most knowledgeable, helpful, and kind person we have ever had out to our home although everyone is nice we just love having Cory here and her last trip. Here was absolutely fantastic. I just wish I could do more for her. I will always use Truly Nolen and I will always ask for Cory

I would prefer to have an appointment when the agent plans to arrive. I want to be home so the interior (basement) can be checked. That is where I have had spiders, mice and carpenter ants in the past.

She is very conscientious and explains what she finds.

I was not on site, but I will assume the job was done efficiently and the technician was nice enough. What is discouraging is that she told the tenant the bugs are probably in the seal of the refrigerator and now my tenant wants a new refrigerator. It is not her job to Plant seeds nor put doubt in a tenants mind. This is a very frustrating situation that just became 10 times more frustrating. In addition to costing likely another thousand dollars - “Personally, i would like to get a new refrigerator, i do not feel comfortable putting food in that one, i think it’s a safety hazard and unsanitary. “ With the technician like to chip in?

Corie was great- efficient, clear and answered all of my questions!
