Refused services because it’s a rental. I guess tenants don’t deserve basic human treatment. Id rather not support discriminatory business anyway

I had a nasty hornet nest in my house. Al came out the next day to spray. Every hornet died in the time he said they would and for a fair price. The lady I spoke to on the phone was wonderful too. Thank you all!

Express Pest Control, is an A-one company, the people are pleasant, prompt and knowledgeable, they took care of my yellow jacket infestation immediately. I especially appreciate that they don't force a contract, you pay only for the service you select, on an as needed basis, I would give them my business anytime, and I would recommend them to anyone. Don’t look anywhere else!! Used these guys twice now. I had Mike both times. Had thousands of ants this morning. I called and they fit me in same day. Professional, very reasonable and so friendly. Very respectful of the property. Even in a deep freeze(15 degrees)he stopped on the apron and got outta his truck to survey the scene so he would not encroach on the lawn. This customer service is hard to find in todays world. Iv used them Twice and had family use them. one word. REMARKABLE!

After repeated attempts they failed to rid my apartment of bed bugs, said to call them when they come back. I'm out thousands of dollars in lost contents I had to throw away.

I was amazed how quickly our technician Mike found and solved our long-standing mouse problem. He found exactly where they were getting in and sealed off that hole. He left 3 traps set near that entrance, & I found a mouse in each trap the next day. I re-set the traps, and caught one more mouse the next day. Those must have been the last ones already in the house, as it's been a month and no signs of mice since. He also confirmed that the carpenter ants were no longer present after I fixed a leaking issue last year. I will not hesitate to use them again if I ever need pest services.

We're very pleased with Express Pest Control. They are super responsive and provide a great service. We used them to keep yellow jackets in check and plan to continue using them in future seasons.
