Both Megan and Jonathan are on top of it when it comes to dealing with your nuisance wildlife issues in the Cincinnati area. I am past President of the Ohio Nuisance Wildlife Control Operators Association and have held several other positions in both state and national trade organizations. I have given classes and presentations in 17 states. Megan and Jonathan have attended several of the conventions where I presented and already had advanced knowledge prior to attending. Never the less, neither is satisfied and continue to strive to learn. We have spoken several times one on one and I've learned a few things from them too!!! If you engage their services I am quite sure you'll be more than happy!

We had an excellent experience with ARC. We have been dealing with a persistent skunk odor inside our home for over 2 weeks and Jonathan was able to come out same day and identify the entry point almost instantly. He recommended us a solution to spray in the area to help eliminate the odor. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you again for all of your help!

Jonathan was able to find where the rodents were getting into my home within 10 minutes of him being on site! Within 12 hours of him setting up a trap all the rodents were out of my house! If you have a problem with rodents, he will get it taken care of and return the peace back into your home!

ARC was amazing. They were able to get the raccoons out of our attic in a timely fashion. They also fixed the soffit and cleaned it professionally. We are so pleased with their work and professionalism.

They did a fantastic job. Very thorough and very comprehensive. They fixed everything the raccoons broke and cleaned up the mess the raccoons left. Pricing was better than all their competitors and they got us in faster. I would highly recommend them and would use them again myself.

ARC was very fast to respond to my request. Megan was very nice and polite as I was a mess about having a bird in my house. She was knowledgeable and helped me source the location of the problem. Would 100% recommend ARC if you are having any animal removal problems.

Megan was courteous, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. She spent the time to take care of our squirrel problem (an old exclusion screen failed). She was able to get to us quickly as well.

My story: Had a problem with a raccoon getting into my attic space, which has no access. The racoon got in there through my soffit. We called the first animal removal company and it really didn't go well, Except they did seal my roof area very well, can't take that from them. They did get mother raccoon out with a one way trap. The only thing the baby raccoons 4 of them were to young to follow mom out the one way, and later that night she(mother raccoon) chewed and clawed her way back in. Enough of that though, so we called Arc Animal Removal and I spoke with Johnathan, he gave me a fair price and said he'd be out the next day. He came out and yes he had to cut into the hole which the mother raccoon created to get the babies, he got them out, caged them put them in the back yard and just as Johnathan planned mom came went into the cage with the babies "BAM" job well done Johnathan and Megan came back the next day patched up the hole mother raccoon made, did a little clean up. Job well done. Let me tell you if you need pest control or the Removal of a nuisance Animal please call Arc Animal Removal. Thank you Johnathan and Megan for a job well done. 10 out of 10. Very friendly and efficient! I wanted to use someone local to Hamilton and found ARC animal removal! I called on a Monday and they were there on Tuesday and was able to resolve my bird issues within an hour! Pricing was very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Been a few years since I've had to use Jonathan (thank goodness) but I would never call anyone else for animal issues. After years of dealing with raccoons in our attic and trying a lot of other companies he was the only one who actually secured the areas they were coming in at. Well worth the money.

Jonathan and his staff person were very nice and great to work with. Had a Raccoon teenager size that was stuck on our deck and she took care of the removal from the deck.
