I had such a great experience with everyone at Taylor pest. I couldn't recommend them more. They were quick to respond to all my calls/texts. I was so uneasy about the possibility of termites. Everyone was so reassuring that the problem would resolve. And just as they said it did! Very effective treatment. The technicians took the time to address all my concerns thoroughly and educated me.

First time I have decided to get my house sprayed for spiders and bees, went with Taylor pest control and I am very happy so far! Only been a few days but no bees and no spiders and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful!

We've now used Taylor's Pest Control for going on 4 years. I have not one bad thing to say about them! The customer service is AMAZING, Christee's an absolute delight to speak with, she handles all our questions so well... the attention to detail is evident. I Highly recommended for ALL your pest problems. We have them spray outdoors for bees in the spring and it ALWAYS makes a serious, noticeable difference. This year we fought and fought and fought with fleas and had them do a yard treatment and indoor treatment. They were very reasonably priced, much more so than 2 of the others we called. They're Knowledgeable, professional, understanding, informative, and helpful; this is a company that goes the extra mile because they CARE!!! You feel like family when you call, not a customer!!! They are always a pleasure to work with and the most Down to Earth people we could have chosen to keep the pests away. Dawson was professional and kind, very informative and went above and beyond to help us rid our home of fleas and feel comfortable and confident about the process and how to take care of our petswhile doing so!!!! He even made sure to ask security questions kept in mind some of the silly extras we worried about, like windows!!!! Thank you Dawson, and Thank you too everyone at Taylors!! We contacted them Monday morning with concerns about termites in our crawl space. They understood our concern and came that afternoon to inspect the situation. Thankfully it was not termites but they still fit us in today (very next day) for treatment of the crawlspace. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and respectful and the cost for treatment was very affordable. Will 100% recommend them to anyone who has insect issues!

Family owned small business with immediate response time! Take a look at their regional competition's reviews. Perhaps 5 responses at most. Taylor has 10 times that many, and they are all positive! That was why I called them and then after talking to their office staff, and explaining my problem, I was sold. They are just terrific. Give them a try! You will not be sorry.

I chose Taylor Pest Control to resolve an ant issue at one of my rental properties in Ohio. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and communication. The office staff is very friendly and conscientious, and their follow up is top-notch!
