I was sent a contract I signed the contract then I was double charged for services. So canceled my service and didn't go after their satisfaction guarantee or your money back. I just canceled my service. I was told my service was canceled and the charge that they agreed was wrong would be canceled. I had to make 2 more phone calls to get them to email me confirmation that they did what they said. Good thing I saved the email because they then sent me to collections. What a SCAM please do not use

Awful pest control service. Signed a contract with them for a year for fleas and potential mice in our new old house. Operator told us we didn't have mice after finding new droppings in the basement simply because the bait traps weren't eaten. They would come treat for fleas, two weeks later we would have more, they would treat again, find nothing after two weeks, a month later we had them again.
