TLDR: Honest, good, hard-working people in a family-owned business. They are a small company that works incredibly hard. I would recommend to everyone I know. Charles, Debbie and Eddy took incredibly good care of us. Charles performed our original inspection and found signs of wildlife in our attic. I was not home for the inspection, but my wife was incredibly complimentary of how Charles made her feel safe and that he was an honest man. We set traps and didn’t catch anything. Despite this, we decided to proceed with doing repairs given what Charles and Eddy found. It was a no brainer. While waiting to perform repairs, we actually found a bat in our kitchen, which terrified my wife and myself. I called Debbie at 9:30pm and we were on the phone back and forth for over an hour to discuss next steps. Charles came and removed the bat, and Debbie helped put my wife at ease. Charles is incredibly knowledgeable on wildlife. He often trains other technicians across the country. His knowledge was key in explaining how our bat came in, and why we don’t need to worry. Charles and Eddy came out to handle our repairs. They did great work. On our attic venting, they originally quoted two installation methods depending upon pricing. I chose the less expensive one. Charles and Eddy did the more labor intensive option (more expensive) because they wanted to ensure it was visually appealing, and they didn’t charge me the extra amount that they originally quoted me. I used to be a contractor, and I recognized how much more time this took. I insisted that they bill me the extra amount, and they wouldn’t do it. Charles told me “save that money and buy something nice for your baby that’s coming”. To me, that’s the epitome of kindness and integrity. When I went to leave this review, I was very surprised to see the other reviews. My experience was very positive, and I can only comment on that. This is a very small, family owned business. Debbie is incredibly responsive to phone calls and texts, and she handles all of the scheduling for Charles and Eddy. They don’t have 100 technicians on their staff. They’re covering a very large geographic area. It’s understandable that a small company might not be as quick as a company with 100 people. If you want to hire honest, hard-working people - hire them.

Great overall experiences. We have used them multiple times for squirrel and bat issues over the last 10 years. Not sure why all of the negative reviews, but I can only report on my own experience. I actually had to call and ask for an invoice after service was performed. Definitely your typical "small business" but no problems here.

Absolutely terrible communication. Just paid them $191 for nothing. The critter is still under our porch and I have had to call/text them multiple times to fix the trap. Lucky to get a call back at all. I have had to reach out multiple times on multiple occasions. DO NOT waste your money!

BEWARE, THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME TO PLUNKETTS ! Don't get fooled! I am in agreement with the low scores. They hound you about payment, when after the "trapping" program is complete, WHICH WAS NEVER COMPLETED for me, they sometimes honor the repair warranty, and sometimes not. The owner is has no follow up, is insulting, though the technicians were great and professional. Sometimes the technicians hands are tied. They don't seem to value their employees insight nor opinions as to how to service houses who need wildlife removal. How do you give 1/4 or 1/2 a star?! Furious!!

All Of The Bad Reviews Are True . I Swear This Company Is Booking Under A Different Name As I Would Have NEVER Called Them After Seeing The Reviews . They Came To My Home Sometime In December To Do The Inspection. Someone Named Eddie Assured Me The Animal In Question And Promised To Do Whatever It Takes To Remove Them From My Home . Well Here We Are 3 Months Later And I’m Currently Listening To Whatever Jump Around In My Attic . I Have Never Dealt With A Company So Unprofessional In ANYTHING! After Reaching Out To Debbie Numerous Times She Also Assured Me Someone Would Be Out But Everytime I Called She Claimed Someone Was Sick Or She Is Away From Her Desk. Ive Been Out With Covid Plus Had Some Other Issues To Deal With In My Home So I Didn’t Have The Time To Keep Begging Them To Come Do There Job But Now I’m Filing A Officially Complaint With The BBB And Also Taking Them To Court. They’ve Met Their Match With Me.

Very knowledgeable about animal behavior. I've used this company for 3 properties, from removal to exclusion. I've tried other companies in the past, but the tech that always comes out with Advantage has way more knowledge. Successfully removed racoons and flying squirrels.

I just saw documentation of my experience with Advantage Wildlife Removal from 2017 and got infuriated all over again. The reviews are true--THIS COMPANY IS BASICALLY USELESS. They are eager to get payment, but do not except them to finish the job OR do it correctly. They set traps, leave the animals in them all day even after being notified within the proper window, and then show up a couple days later to pick them up. I paid them I do not even remember how much and when nothing was resolved, I stopped getting calls back. One star is definitely generous. I requested a full and final accounting but never received one and my Husband fixed the access point himself.

I saw these reviews too late. Do not do business with this company. They are not available 24/7 and make excuses as to why they do not answer their phone. They told me they would find the area of trouble at my place and cover the areas of entry. Then after they came, they told me that was an additional charge. Then they sent me a contract but I did not agree with it and did not sign it.

BEWARE!!!! We have spent over seven months dealing with this horrible, horrible company. After providing service at our home, we paid the company the final amount due. About a week later, our credit card began being charged by the company for amounts anywhere from $100 to $2500 every few days. When we noticed, our credit card had been charged over $10K. We have been fighting with the credit card company (Discover) ever since, and Advantage Wildlife is claiming that $1400 of that amount is not erroneous - even though it was billed long after the final payment was made. Shameful liars. I wish I could give it one star. UPDATE: We just found out from Discover that they forged an invoice.

They are eager to collect money, but provide NO service and NO communication after they've collected your money. Buyer beware!!!

I called and received a recording that told me someone would return my call within 15 minutes. It's been 9 hours and still no response. They claim to be a 24/7 operation, but I've yet to see it.
