Tom is awesome! Had a groundhog problem that I couldn’t take care of. My wife called Tom and now no more groundhog! Reasonable prices and a good conversation. Walked me through everything. Can’t say enough about him and his work.

Called him in the morning and by afternoon he came and took care of the mice problem in my garage and autos. Placed various traps and food for the mice everywhere! Personable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this service.

Called to have a rabid animal taken out of my back yard, very rude whoever answered, he asked why my husband couldn't take care of it for me(he was out of town). Then told me he'd come but who knows if the animal will be there and he'd charge 200 anyway. When I told him I'd call back he said anywhere else will charge me 400 and told me i needed to decide now because he is about to get in the hottub. Rude and unprofessional.

I can't accurately rate their service because I called and left a voicemail and got no response. I also sent 2 texts that were read, and still no reply.

We hire Thomas to come to our church and exterminate the bats, meaning relocated and not killed, that have been living in the attic. He gave a quote that was $3,000 lower than the other quote and included many repairs that needed to be made so the bats could not re-enter. In the end it took less time than he had thought it would and he lowered the final price another $1,700. I feel like Thomas is a man of integrity. He did not have to lower the final price but he did!!! He did a great job with the repairs that needed to be made and excluding the bats. I highly recommend this business.

Tom was very professional and prompt. He came out to do an inspection and give us an estimate. He helped us start the processes of removing the animals In our attic. He also taught us a lot about what he found in the attic. We will be calling him again is we run into any issues in the future!

This company is very professional, responsive and got the job done! I called Tom at 8 in the evening, explained my problem to him and he arrived within a half hour, did a inspection, explained everything thoroughly and showed up the next day. I had a bat come into my daughters room at 10:30 at night . I googled who to call and he came so fast . So grateful we found him . He had the bat caught within 5 minutes , even put screws in the one attic door so no more could fly in . He went above and beyond for us . Very thankful . My kids just kept saying how nice he was .
