**So, wanted to post an update. The company called and let us know that "their equipment does not cut dandelions or other thick grass well" which is why it looks like our yard was patchy. They did credit us back for both mowing charges (one of which we never had done...) which was appreciated. We hired this company to do the mowing for our lawn due to an un expected health issue. The quality of the mowing was absolutely awful, with large patches left completely untouched. When we called the office to ask about getting someone to come out and fix the issue, the woman who answered was incredibly rude, confrontational, and refused any sort of remedy. We immediately cancelled our ongoing service with the company. On top of everything, they charged us for two mows jobs when we received our bill, saying they had that in their records and refused to change the fee.

Love Fast Eddie's service. Timely, professional. Great customer service. Prescott normally provides the service, he is very thorough, takes the extra time to explain what he is doing. Gives great advice on lawn care and potential problems.

Cut our lawn for less than a year. Kept leaving areas of our lawn looking horrible. Call them to come and correct the issue and would tell me I was wrong. I've cut lawns for 50 years, and I don't know if a 10 x 15 section of lawn wasn't cut. No pride in their job. Just cut and run.

We do use them for weekly mowing. They tend to forget the back side yard, though it’s been brought up before. They have mowed into a few of our outdoor lights but mgmt made it right by reimbursing the purchase of new ones. They are usually quite prompt.

Doing road work on old Mansfield Ave between mount vernon and Knox lake road No road work cones no flaggers and working in a valley! Really not smart when you almost caused 3 accidents!

This is the first year I have used fast Eddie's for my lawn care and now my spring clean up. We had some issues with the lawn care the first couple of times. They came back out to mow again because of how bad it was. This persisted calling them 4 or 5 times letting them know there are literal lines that just didnt get mowed. The kid mowing was power sliding the mower through my yard. As far as the spring cleanup job on my flower beds they look amazing. Inwould honestly have them come back for my flower beds. The mowing service is absolute trash.

I'm stunned we've had so much trouble with such a highly rated company. After we got our estimate (which was amazingly affordable, I'll give them that) we were told someone would be in contact to schedule a time to come do our spring clean up and talk about getting us on the mowing schedule. What happened instead was they showed up yesterday while we were at work, mowed the front (I'll come back to this), and then called us asking for us to open our back gate so they could do the back. We were at work in Columbus. Not only that, but because I didn't know they were coming I hadn't picked up the dog's toys, moved the water hose to safety, made sure the previously mentioned severely anxious dog couldn't see them, and marked plants that they needed to avoid cutting down. Obviously we said we couldn't do that and they needed to come back. I got home to discover a fairly expensive (for me) plant that had a lot of sentimental value had been hacked down by a weed eater. I'm extremely upset about this because the plant was hard to get. When we called this morning we were basically told that if we wanted to know they were coming in advance we'd have to pay extra (something they never mentioned before) and there wasn't even an apology offered for the loss of my plant. I'm blown away by the unprofessional way we were treated. I don't have time to care for my yard myself right now and my partner is recovering from a serious illness. At this point I don't know what I'm going to do, but I am so disappointed.
