Loveless Exterminating

When we found out our home of 25 years had termites it was stressful and heartbreaking. Called 2 other well known companies and let’s just say their customer service was pretty terrible, and I’m so glad it was, because I think we got the best when one of my husband’s coworkers referred us to Loveless. From the ladies in the office, to Chad, & especially Gavin I couldn’t be more grateful. Gavin did an amazing job!! From start to finish, couldn’t even tell he’d ever been here. It took 12 hours outside in hot humid weather and a bit of rain and he never quit until everything was done perfectly. My husband and I thank you for all of your hard work Gavin, for taking that worry from us. I would definitely highly recommend these folks.

Initial service for our rental property was great & tech was friendly but can't get ahold of anyone for the 2nd visit. We have called and left msgs 3x now with no return call. Also received a bill in the mail & we paid the day of service.

The best money I spend is with Loveless. When we moved into our home 7 years ago we had a mouse in our sun porch. I thought I was going to die, moving to a field I should have been prepared. I was not. Loveless quickly dispatched Austin to our house and soon we were rodent and bug free! To be saved from mice and spiders running across my ceilings and basement is like winning the lottery. They treat my house, barns and even my camper! Austin is attentive and doesn’t even make fun of me for noticing spiders in the house after bringing in a fresh Christmas tree! Thanks for the peace of mind!

Chad came to look at a bug issue in our kitchen. He could’ve talked us into a lengthy contract but he was honest and told us how to fix the problem ourselves. We discussed maintenance treatments and their prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend this company.

I have used Loveless for 8 years. We contracted them, because the foundation in our home is old and we live near a park. They have kept our home rodent free for years. We get quarterly treatments. They continue to suggest spots we can seal up to reduce winter activity. Their prices have been affordable throughout the years. We will continue to recommend them.

I have been getting quarterly treatments from Loveless for 19 years. They are a wonderful, family owned business that does great work! I live in the country and never have a problem with insects in my home. All of their staff are very friendly and accommodating. They treat you more like family than they do a customer. I love Loveless!!!! This is the best business you can choose if you are looking for an exterminator. They are very fair in pricing and they take care of you! I recommend them for anything you are dealing with. I have had the seasonal treatment with them for at least 3 years and I will always have this service. They are also helpful with problems that are not part of this service.

No clear pricing, office did not honor what was told by exterminator on site. Upon clarification from Loveless communication from staff was very rude and condescending. Will not be a return customer.
