We have used Blu Pest Solutions to treat issues in our apartment communities for several years. Their response time is always quick and the service is top notch. Troy and his crew have done a fantastic job of resolving pest control issues for us, including bed bugs, carpenter bees, roaches, termites, etc.

Cpo contracts with this company. The tech went back to them and lied. He said that there was a "large" dog in the unit when in fact the dog is a 4 month old puppy. He also lied and said that he was only able to do a "partial" treatment because the animal was present but he said that he only needed to spray the kitchen and the bathroom. The dog was penned in the living room. The notice cleary states that no animals.could be loose in the unit during treatment. Again, the dog was in a pen. Why lie on people you don't even know.

Elyse, I do apologize for not meeting your expectations :( As pet friendly company we are extra cautious about treatments with pets. Safety is always important to us whether it is a puppy or senior dog, and while the technician may have gotten the age of the puppy wrong our protocol on how and what to treat remains the same. I am so sorry that our technician choosing to only treat the kitchen and bathroom came up short, but while the dog was secure in a cage we chose to use caution in this case and not treat the living room area.<br><br>All this being said, I take each and every concern extremely seriously and would as the owner of the company be happy to come back and service your unit personally and make sure we have done everything possible to satisfy your needs. Again, I am sorry that this experience upset you and that you felt we missed the mark. If there is anything I can do please contact your management company CPO set up another appointment and I will be glad to come out personally to meet with you.<br><br>-Troy

Troy was very helpful, honest, timely & respectful. You can definitely tell that he has a passion for what he does & he doesn't try to charge you for unnecessary work but only for what you truly need. He definitely gave me a lot of comfort & assurance about my new home. He talked me through everything, explained everything he was going to do & talked about next steps if I should need him again. His prices are fair & reasonable, I will definitely use him again for any concerns. I would highly recommend him for any pest problems you may have.

We were very lucky to find Troy to treat our new home for termites. During the purchase inspection, we found traces of termites around the basement window frames and we knew it would need to be addressed immediately if we closed on the home. Troy responded on short notice to provide a quote for the treatment so we could get an idea of what we'd be looking at. He also helped alleviate our concerns with buying the home, ensuring us that the problem could be addressed, and gave us specific steps for how to go about it. He was patient with us as we worked out the home closing and getting things in order so the work could begin. When it was time to schedule, he was prompt & flexible and made it easy for us. He sent us a full report with photos of where all the bait stations had been installed, and recommendations for next steps. We would recommend his services to anyone who wants honest work done for a fair price, with great customer service as a bonus.
